Worst hospital I have ever stepped foot in. the doctors don't listen. The doctors only want to talk for 2 or 3 minutes. Adena billing always screws up and overcharges you. If you want to go to a hospital that cares for you and will listen to you then go to ohio health they have the best doctors in the region!

Crappy administration that doesn’t do anything about crappy staff. The board should really step in but I honestly don’t think they care about the community members who have been harmed by the crappy caregivers. How many more people has to die due to this board and administrations negligence. Ohio Health is the best and the place my family and I feel safe. I’m scared to go to Adena for any reason, because I don’t want to get permanently injured or even killed due to the negligence if the caregivers. With that said, there are excellent caregivers who work for Adena. The problem is the ones who are less than mediocre and shouldn’t have a license anymore and some that I feel should probably be in jail. DO BETTER!!!!!

When doctors tell someone they could die from heart issue, they might want to do the tests asap instead of making them wait and milking them for hospital stay. Nurses are great. 😡

Was told nothing was wrong with my swollen ankle. Then was prescribed 12 sessions of Physical therapy and a follow up appointment for it. If ankle was fine why the physical therapy and follow up? Adena only cares about finding creating reasons to bill people.

I am thankful for the ICU team at Adena Chillicothe, they did everything they could humanly possible to save my mother. They showed her love and respect and were very kind to me and my daughter. The doctors were so caring and sincere with me. I live out of state- literally on the opposite coast, and could not afford the trip back home. They protected my mother and protected her dignity. They went above and beyond by FaceTiming me so I could tell my mother goodbye and tell her words of comfort. I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. I felt like they truly cared for us.
