I came to this urgent care for the first time because I heard good things.... well they are no different from the Adena urgent care on western! They will test you for covid and the flu and if its not either of those they can't tell you what you have. Then they send over a prescription that was never delivered to the pharmacy.

I sit in the waiting room all most 3 hours I do understand there was people head of me when I fill out the paper work the lady was very rude who check in me.then they call me back the nurse was very nice. Then I sit in the room for a hour for the doctor come in and see me then he say there was nothing he can do for me I had a swallow foot I took off my show and my sock off to show him I can't help you I will never go back there a again

I wasn't waiting 2 hrs to be seen I ended up going to the hospital which was surprisingly much quicker

Way under staffed and no sense of urgency, doctors and nurse running around talking about tv shows and being on there phones spent 5 hours here for nothing

I scheduled online for an illness appointment. I was able to get an appointment within the hour. I headed that way and went on in and was seen before my appointment time had even arrived. Dr Black was so kind and thorough. Entire staff was efficient and courteous. Will use this facility again when necessary

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have gone here a few different times and I urge anyone thinking about going to go somewhere else. Every time we have gotten the same CNP and she for some reason ALWAYS gives the same meds out for different things. My daughter had a rash on her face one visit and the next she had a really bad cough but both visits got the same meds! The meds didn't help her. My fiance went in for something and I went in for something else and just like our daughter were told and given the same things as each other and much like our daughter the meds didn't do anything. I will be going to the ER from now on. I would love to report her but never have gotten her name.

They were extremely busy, but diligently worked to get people taken care of. The staff were courteous & patient. (*Note: They were dealing with numerous cases of RSV, which effects mainly children, in large numbers. The staff was also trying to learn a new charting system that Adena is in the process of implementing.)
