The staff make you feel so at ease. One of the best places I've been to.

Had my abdominal hysterectomy done by a doctor here recently, this is my 4th time being cut open across my stomach & they expected me to be fine the next day after having my stomach cut open. Sent me home after a day in the hospital because I mean, if I’m going to suffer through this kind of pain, I’ll do it in the comfort of my home. Tylenol & ibuprofen is supposed to be the new thing nowadays. My mom said she had a pain pump for days after hers. If I were at any other hospital I’m sure I would’ve been treated with respect & taken care of properly. Please listen to what I’m saying, do not do your surgery with these doctors or at Adena in general. You will most likely be treated inhumane, then question yourself why you didn’t listen to everyone when they said “anywhere but Adena”. Don’t suffer like I am.

Zero stars. This place is as unprofessional, abomination of a practice as it comes. The scheduling people have no clue what they’re doing. They schedule my wife for her doctor on 3 separate occasions. All on days her doctor wasn’t even there. And of course there is an excuse every single time. We have NEVER been on time for our appointments, never. As in we wait 1.5-2 hours after our scheduled time before we even get a room. And then who knows how long. The doctors there don’t even know your name, like I get it, they see plenty of patients. But they don’t take the time. My wife had twins we were in there WEEKLY. Drs can’t even remember she was pregnant half the time. It’s almost like they don’t even read the charts, cool as heck to your face, will not come through on any promises, never. The “office administrator” or boss, is ALWAYS never there, imagine that. And an ultra sound tech, horrible. Absolutely horrible. I can take better pictures of my baby with my iPhone. Horrible establishment. STAY AWAY.

I am absolutely disgusted about this place! They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I am expecting my first and I have been unable to eat or drink for 3 DAYS now! I was treated like my symptoms were “normal”. When the hell is it normal for a pregnant woman to not even be able to drink water?? I was so dehydrated due to this they was unable to draw my blood( after poking me twice). They then told me I would have to go elsewhere to get my blood drawn. They refused to do an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. And they were still unable to tell me how far along I was. Not to mention when I walked back out to the lobby there was a roach!!

This office has gone downhill since it joined with Adena. I will be looking for a new doctor

Not only do they refuse to let me have someone with me. Last time I went to get my depo shot I didn't even get a room. The nurse giving me my shot put me in the ultrasound room with the ultrasound tech. Not only super uncomfortable but she didn't even ask me if it was ok. This is literally why I need my husband with me. My anxiety gets so bad I can't advocate for myself. They don't seem to care at all if you have anxiety or need extra help.

Loved Dr. Regan. She was great during our pregnancy. When we got pregnant with our second child we called for an appointment and were told Dr. Reagan was no long there. So we switched to a new ob/gyn outside of Adena. Wish we knew where she went to!

Dr. Reagan was absolutly amazing! but due to Adena changing rules she was escorted off the grounds from a disagreement. Apparently adena wanted to shorten the time spent with patients to only 5 mins... Absolutely ridiculous!! But reagan was one of the doctors that disagreed. So if you want an obgyn that will care less about you and want to spent as little time with you as possible than this is your go to place. Id highly recommend finding someone

The WORST office I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had constant all day everyday morning sickness plus I’ve been pregnant through COVID-19. I had been given and tried about 5 or 6 different medications for my nausea and was still sick. I was so sick and unable to work enough hours to even qualify for unemployment. I had gotten approved through my work for personal leave without knowing I needed a doctor sign off. I am now being told through personal leave I can qualify for compensation, all I needed was my doctor to sign off. The office is now saying it was never recorded that I was so sick and they can’t do that because everyone gets morning sickness. I am raged, this office and some of the doctors a so twisted. The front desk secretary’s are more than rude as well and most of them are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing. At one appointment I had the staff members were in the break room singing karaoke as I was waiting in my room for someone to come in, at another appointment one of the ultrasound techs phone was going off multiple times and she answered it. That’s not even all I’m just so mad I don’t want to think about it anymore. I am just so over it, BE WARNED!!!!
