Had cataract done right eye next dat office visit and while I could read chart clearly my concern was that I had limited distance. Dr. Asked me how everything was I expanded my lack of distance and he became defensive and referred me for second opinion. After second opinion returned on other Dr. Advise to get other eye done by Dr Seetner. He refused to do other eye leaving me scrambling to find Dr. Willing to do other eye surgery.

Personally, I wont recommend him due to terrible experience prior and post operation. He operated on me and was considered successful but its been 2.5 months since its blurry and my prescription glasses needs more power. Refused to accept that there is an issue and was left to see my optometrist. Zero accountability and empathy as he rushed me out of his clinic stating its all okay and wait for 6 weeks and see your optometrist. Zero patience when it comes to listening to patients, Initial consult - Doesn’t offer courtesy to ask questions as he seems to care less to disclose details of the operations, specifically type of lense to be used and how it helps, My follow up was cancelled due to pandemic i thought but then i hear its his retirement. Doesnt matter what the credentials are, if you have zero patience listening to your patients and do not offer courtesy to let them explain their issues - would rate his knowledge to 1

Well ny dad had on beard fixer which gives off an odor and he asked him to come back, it felt rude, but the next appointment everything was ok. I reccommend this doctor because he seems like he knows what hes doing his credentials are amazing and his various plaques scream passion for the eye. Someone I know has been referred to 4 specialists and I just recommended Seetner, hope he can help him.

Very rude doctor he shouldn't be a emergency doctor and he have some mental issues should seek help.i went to see him through tralium Mississauga emergency in September and than he told me you have a bleeding eye I can't help you because I am not your doctor I will make your appointment with your doctor. why he is emergency doctor if can't treat .if he treated my eye that time I did not have to go painful surgery. I don't know why Ontario ministry allow this the qualified doctors are driving taxis and they treat patient like this.he was interesting to suspended my car license rather treat.he shouldn't be a doctor. I hope he treat patients with respect.

Rude, arrogant and dismissive. Quick to mention the lens that are not covered by OHIP to seniors. Germaphobic yet his office is cleaned while you sit in the chair waiting. A whole second of cleaning. Can’t write and listen at the same time. If you don’t love being a doctor than find another profession. Most people that come to you are seniors and they deserve some respect!!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Follows strict procedures and policies to ensure that the surgery goes according to plan. Staff very good, pleasant and knowledgeable.
