I saw a nurse and the doctor as always a very pleasant experience

I wasn’t expecting much and was still disappointed. I’m not sure how I am supposed to trust a doctor who can’t get my name right. Even after I wrote out ALEXANDRA on my forms and had my IDs (That have my name correctly spelled on them) scanned. Yet I STILL have my name in their system as Alexandria. Mail sent to my house handwritten and typed with the wrong first name. If you don’t mind your doctor and the practice as a whole not knowing your correct name and continuously putting the wrong name on all of your paperwork, making it pretty useless, then go here. I like my paperwork matching my correct information, but that’s just me.

My husband went to Dr John Ucci in September 2019 with a history of heart disease on his mother's side. Dr Ucci didn't bother to take blood work or any tests especk ally on his heart just a regular physical which are jokes now! Eight months later he died of a heart attack. DO NOT put your health in the hands of this quack doctor!!! A big fat 0 is what he deserves!!
