For the most part, this place has been fine throughout our process so far, with some exception to today. Whether it was another nurse, a doctor, some kind of supervisor, they need a lesson in respecting patients and discretionary conversations they're having about those patients with other staff. Fortunately my wife did not hear the comments being made through the curtains, which, another lesson for this individual, are by no means sound proof, as someone expressed to our nurse that my wife had overstayed her welcome, 'its bad enough she took Nikki's room,' and to get her up and out.If you're going to talk shit about your patients because you think they have taken too long to recover from an egg retrieval, anesthesia, or whatever else, maybe do it in a private room. Hopefully, this problem isn't repeated when we have to come back for a future operation.

Worst place to work. Ovation management is about themselves and not the worker. If you make a mistake the world comes crashing down in your face. Ovation is all about the dollar bill and not the workers or patients. They treat patients as money signs and that's it. Don't waste your time with Ovation you will be sorry.Jamie Adam's is the worst manager. If you make a mistake she will write you up and will not give you the help that's needed. Totally rude and doesn't need to be in this business.

I had my egg retrieval done today and Dr. king and my nurse who I think her name is Kaylee could be wrong I honestly don’t remember. But they was some of the nicest people. My nurse talked to me during the egg retrieval to let me know how things was going and just checking on me. She was so nice and understanding and as a nurse myself I appreciate the sympathy and understanding she gave me. She made me feel more than a patient in that moment. She def deserves a raise or recognition! She was awesome e

Ovation is only for the dollar bill. Management does not care about their workers. Worst place to work ever.

The people at the facility are nice and the building itself is nice but I have soooo many issues getting ahold of someone on the phone.When I called to make an appointment initially I had to leave 3 VMs over a week and a half span and finally gave up. Someone finally called me back 4 business days after the last message and I was able to make an appointment.Had the appointment and they said the results should be in that day but give my health care provider 24 business hours to upload them online. It’s been a weekend and 3 business days later and my provider hasn’t seen anything and neither them or myself can get anyone to answer the phones or return any messages. Very frustrating.

Came to this facility for an appointment the other day whom ever the lady was that answered the phone she was very nice friendly and bubbly I spoke to her on the phone with getting my appointment set up she answered everything question I had and more! I can’t remember her name but it started with a “Z”.Once I arrived to my appointment I was hoping she would be the friendly person to check me in with this already being an uncomfortable situation. Instead I got an older lady that was far from pleasant. She was a red headed woman it took her 15 minutes to get “my paperwork” ready. She was also very rude about getting my payment. Not to mention everyone else had on professional scrubs/ business casual clothing except her. I hate to leave a bad review for one person but I think this need to be addressed with her being the face of the company that people see.

The staff is very helpful and so nice. The doctors are great and seem very knowledgeable and I go into the office every time feeling very positive about the outcome.

Me and my wife are lesbian’s. We had been trying to conceive for 3 years straight. The only fertility clinic we heard about was B North. In 2016 my wife had an embryo retrieval of 16 eggs. The day before transfer we received a call telling us not to come the embryos had disintegrated. 2016 I went to do IUI twice first time I thought it was me, second time they said they hadn’t time my period correctly. You couldn’t imagine the heartache and stress we felt. Then I checked the website it wasn’t LGBT friendly. I found IRH in 2020 just looking for a new clinic and the first thing I saw was a rainbow, I called right away. We had our first appointment in which I was questionable about some of the discussion. We choose to try them anyway. I had my retrieval done, 6 eggs. I was 40 at the time. Our first IVF was a failure, and I had five egg’s left. Doctor Awadalla doesn’t like doing two transfers which I understand why. But he agreed to do it for my next transfer to give us a better shot. After freezing and eggs and unthaw I had two valuable embryos. The end of April my wife and I went for our final transfer. Three days before I had major bleeding. The nurse asked did I want to come in or wait for my draw date. I choose to wait until draw date. March 14th I went for blood draw at 8 o’clock that morning. I was on pins and needles because I was waiting for the sad call. A 2 p.m. we received they call we never thought we’d get, we where pregnant. Our whole journey with IRH was wonderful, from the doctors, nurses all the way to the receptionist. Every check up until released to my OBGYN. Doctor Awadalla and his team where amazing. On December 15th 2022 we welcomed our son into the world. THANK YOU IRH YOU ALL FILLED A BIG HOLE THAT WE HAD IN OR HEARTS.
