4 calls to office to make appt. either received a voice messaging machine or told someone would call back but did not receive a call back. Gave up and found another physician.

I did not have a great experience with this office.They canceled my in-person appointment just a few days prior to my visit. Then, they decided to conduct the visit over a video conference. The video meeting lasted for no more than 10 minutes to which I received no treatment and they said, "we will follow up in 30 days." 30 days later, I received no follow up and charge for a 'level III Office Consultation'.There was no treatment, no follow up, and the visit provided no insight to my condition. Granted, this could have been a result of COVID in-person restrictions, but the treatment (or lack thereof) was not up to par.

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Peck and have been severely sick for a month from food poisoning or something else. He didn’t ask me any questions but thought my previous test, ruled out other issues. He said he thought I had bacterial overgrowth, without further testing and put me on an antibiotic that cost 600.00. My insurance company has faxed him a form for reduction of cost, which he has not sent back. I also ask him what diet I should be in, as I have been so sick. He said BRAT diet. Not great for bacterial overgrowth. I feel overlooked and not taken seriously. Almost impossible to call the staff.

Doctor Peck and his staff are an awesome team. As a patient with IBS issues and needing to get into a doctor sometimes soon the staff always makes it happen. Doctor Peck cares about his patients. He not only asks about your recent health issues but always asks about my family's health. I would be remiss to add that his medical assistant Elizabeth is an outstanding professional in her field. She is first to help with anything that would make any patient feel comfortable.I trust this team with my life!

Fantastic doctor, superb staff who cares about their patient. I trust Doctor Peck with my life!

Too bad his staff can't be bothered with patient's needs.

Been to see dr peck a few times, Each time got 2-3 minutes of him being in the room with me. On top of that usually waited 30-45 minutes for those 2-3 minutes where he discredits anything you say

Doctor Peck is a true professional who cares! He is very open to as many questions as you want to ask. He follows up on his colonoscopies right away and makes you feel safe about your health. Great doctor!

Dr. Peck practices assembly line medicine. He rushes through procedures, will stop a procedure midway through if he decides it will take longer than he wants it to, He will have patients come back for multiple procedures when other Dr's will do it in one. Overall from staff, patients and other Drs not very much on the positive said can be said about this Dr.
