Last year my opthamologist retired and I needed to find a new doctor. I chose Dr Barfel for his youth and his credentials. I just completed my second annual visit and was very happy with CEI, Dr. Barfel and his assistant. It was a very efficient and thorough exam with helpful advice and explanation. I am very pleased with my experience at CEI and would highly recommend Dr. Barfel.

He explained everything clearly and compassionately before and after my procedure, and the results far exceeded my expectations (I now have 20/15 vision in both of my eyes with zero side effects).
