After moving back to the area, I thought a new patient appointment would take weeks. They were able to work me in with in a couple of days of me calling to make the appointment. I had my New Patient visit today. Dr. Ann and her staff were extremely helpful and professional in helping me get back on track it’s the continued care that I needed. Dr. Ann took the time to listen and answer every question that I had.

I am also disabled(dialysis) and on Medicare. I have known Dr. Ann for 30 years. My parents did not have tons of money, this allegation that money rules is alot of nonsense. Dr. Ann has always really been there for me, when I truly needed her. She is one of the few people in this life that I do trust. I am sure that if you called the billing office, they would work with you. Dr. Ann truly cares about the people that come to see her.

Money rules here, I was a patient for a couple of years and found Dr Ann very helpful and knowledgeable but when I got behind on my bill less then $100 I was publicly humiliated in the office, and told they would no longer treat me. No one suggested a payment plan or any offers to help me out, no warning no offer to help, I'm disabled and low income with only medicare for insurance.

I came to this doctor via a referral from a friend for my athsma and severe allergies. I cannot say enough about this staff! Not being from the area, and currently living in Cincinnati proper, this office is a good half hour drive from my home but I happily go out there for appointments because the quality of the care, the staff who can't do enough for you and Dr. Ghory herself, who is thorough, understanding and takes the time it takes to deal with your problems. They all know my name (and I've only been going less than a year), are always pleasant and are very accomodating with my many questions. They are also really good about trying to help you find the best deals for your prescriptions, which is a big bonus!The first appointment, I sat with the doctor for almost 45 minutes! I've never spent so much time with a doctor but I felt like she really cared about helping me solve my issues and that she wanted to help educate me as well as treat me.
