Anne Kaiser Md's Online Review Report Card

"Dr." Kaiser is a horrible, horrible doctor. I went in for an IUD placement under ultrasound guidance because I had a prior bad experience and some PTSD from another doctor. Well, after she placed it, she sat me up and asked me what I was doing for birth control prior to this.....as in, she never took the first IUD out before she placed the following one!! I said, "so, you didn't take the other one out first?" She proceeded to get actually mad and defensive and tried to send me out the door with 2 IUD's, saying that she didn't know the first one was there and that I needed to have an abdominal xray somewhere else... The whole procedure was structured around the fact that I had a bad insertion from another doctor and that's why she was using an ultrasound for guidance. The point is, she never looked at my charts, she put an IUD in me when I already had one, got mad bc she made a huge mistake, then tried to send me out the door so I was no longer her problem.

Dr. Kaiser is one of the most caring and kindest professionals I've ever experienced. She takes time to listen, it's not a 15 minute parameter visit! She actually creates an environment where visiting an Ob/Gyn is pleasant! Kudos to this wonderful doctor!

You can never get through to anyone and the never call back when you leave a message. I called several times to get a prescription filled and so did the pharmacy. It was never filled so I left the practice.. terrible service

My original appointment was scheduled for Friday, January 29, 2021 and I received a call from Tri-Health stating Dr. Kaiser would not be in the office on 1-29-21 and a new appointment had been scheduled for my convenience. My new appointment was to be Friday, February 26, 2021 at 4:15. As a new patient, I thought it was strange to not receive a confirmation notice so I called scheduling and was told Dr. Kaiser would only be in the office a 1/2 day today and my name was not on the schedule. I asked if Dr. Kaiser was ill and the scheduler said no and she had no explanation as to why I my appointment was rescheduled for this time. This reflects very poorly on Tri-Health and Dr. Anne Kaiser. I will begin my search for a new doctor again.

Caring, thorough, took time to explain any questions or concerns

She butchered me and caused harm to my child. I’ll live the rest of my life in agonizing pain because of what she did. I hope someone butchers your vagina, the way you did to me. You and your group Associates OBGYN may have been spared a malpractice lawsuit. It’s called karma and it’s coming for you.

I just recently started going to a new OB/GYN I've gone to Dr Kaiser for quite a few years but I have to say my last visit was a little disturbing. I'm post menopausal and was having some issues. She did help me with them but she made me feel like she was angry about it. I felt bad when I left her office and decided at that point I was going to find another doctor. I feel bad about giving this review but I think sometimes you have to honest so it gives a person a chance to change their ways.

She mutilates women. Stay away, worst mistake I ever made was not switching doctors when I had the chance. She has a nasty bedside manor and made it the worst experience of my life. I hope someone sues her and she loses her license.

Dr Kaiser is a horrible doctor. I had a terrible pregnancy related skin condition and she did nothing to help. I was taking 20 benedryl per day so I wouldn’t tear off my skin and she said it was fine. Finally the nurse practitioner said that someone needed to help me and prescribed something to me after months of suffering. It took years of different doctors and tests to figure out a diagnosis, but the fact that she ignored me and let me suffer for so long is beyond cruel.

Have been seeing Dr. Kaiser for more than a decade . she is an excellent Doctor! She is kind, has great bed time manner, knowledge, helpfulness.
