He has been taking care of both my mother and myself. I have never met a doctor with so many great interpersonal skills and on top of all the latest research. Like many, I struggled through some side effects, but he would sit there and listen to me complain about everything. When I was done he would change meds if necessary, in my case , I was having issues with anti nausea drug, he would look at me and say “we will get you through this and I will be here” .He would talk about all the latest research in oncology to my psychologist husband an give him any medical journal articles to learn more. With Dr. Mehta I felt he had my best interest and would never leave my husband and I out in the unknown world of a cancer diagnosis.

This is the first Dr that I've ever seen where I didn't feel like I was a couple of hundred dollars walking through the door that the Dr needed to get out to get the next few hundred dollars in. This is a genuinely caring, professional individual who has a lot of character and I would like to see more Dr's like him around.
