Both Dr Tinidi and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone dealing with kidney problems. Very easy to understand diagnosis and instructions.

Dr Tindini has kept my husband off of dialysis. The first nephrologist that my husband saw told us that his kidneys were damaged and the only treatment was dialysis. We sought a second opinion from Dr Tindini. He insisted on a renal biopsy. The first nephrologist we saw discouraged us from getting a biopsy. The biopsy Dr Tindini insisted on showed a condition that could be treated with medication, not just dialysis. If we hadn’t sought that opinion from Dr Tindini, my husband would be on dialysis now. He is patient and answers my many questions during our visits. My husbands kidney function has gone from 18 to 30 in the three weeks since starting the medication.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Dr. Tindni. He pressured me to get a procedure that he wasn't even sure I needed. Then when the surgeons could not perform the surgery due to high BP and risk of bleeding out, he told me that I should have told the surgeons to perform the procedure anyway. He also (clearly) had ZERO bedside manner, and when I said I would no longer be seeing him, he continued to call multiple times a day, multiple times a week. This included both weeknights and weekends. I finally told him I started seeing a new Doctor and he was unhappy and told me I could always come back to him. But I will NOT be doing that by any means. I do NOT recommend this Doctor to anyone.

He is THE BEST! My GFR was 41. Sould be above 60. It was very scary! By changing my medications he got it above 60 in 3-weeks! My sodium was also very low and by changing me liquid diet its back to normal! I think hes AWSOME. Thanks Doc!
