David, is wonderful to work with. He's very detailed oriented and he has a passion for helping people and he doesn't stop until he finds the right solution. I'm most impressed with his dedication to his senior population.

David Flautt has worked with me this past year to figure out next steps for my parents. He has given me great guidance not only in looking for a new community that matches the parameters we outlined, but also in all of the complicated steps of handling finances, estate planning, and negotiating. He has been incredibly supportive and compassionate as I worked out the best way to help my parents. I highly recommend David Flautt and Assisted Living Locators.

I can’t say enough good things about Kelly Deubber. My mother has Alzheimer’s, and the assisted living facility she was in could not handle her needs. Mom was always the sweetest lady, but Alzheimer’s had left her hard to direct and combative at times, and they didn’t know how to correctly adjust her meds. They told me “no one will take your mom”, and then they searched to get placed elsewhere. The place they found has horrible reviews. My family tried to get her placed elsewhere with no luck. I was sick with worrying, and didn’t know what to do. A friend recommended Kelly to me. Within a weeks time, Kelly had mom accepted in a nice long term care facility, and we couldn’t be happier! Kelly is a nurse, and she has a heart for individuals like my mom. She let me pour my heart out to her and then flawlessly took care of our needs. She is the best!

Meeting and working with Kelly Duebber is one of the best things that has happened to our family. We were very unhappy at another senior living community (in Finneytown). Mom and dad were floundering and wasting away. We were put in contact with Assisted Loving Locators at the end of Dec 2020. Kelly stepped in and opened doors like no other. She made things happen. Her involvement was literally life-changing/sustaining. Mom & dad are now at StoryPoint Fairfield, and they are happy and thriving. Recently, Kelly helped arrange a 66th wedding anniversary dinner. It was on a Friday night. She stayed with us the entire evening. She didn't have to do this. She chose/wanted to do this. We were blessed to have her. We couldn't have been more grateful. If you ever need help finding a senior living community for your mom and/or dad, don't bother with other agencies/organizations. You won't find anyone better. I promise!

My siblings and I had to make the very difficult decision to place mother in an assisted living facility. We had no idea where to being, and we quickly found out we had no idea what type of facility would be best for mother (assisted living, skilled nursing, or long term care). I contacted David at Assisted Living Locators, and explained our situation to him, mother's mental and physical health, and the finances we have to pay for mother's care. Immediately, David suggested two facilities he thought would best meet mother's needs, and two more that would be good backups. One of the main things I liked about working with David is his own personal experience with this situation. I feel that enables him to provide a better perspective when dealing with his clients and their families. David was able to answer all of our questions (What is the difference between assisted living, skilled nursing, and long term care? What is the difference between facilities in OH and KY? What facilities transition to Medicaid? What facilities are in our price range? and so on...), and provide very detailed information on each facility we asked him about. The information he provided was based on personal tours he has taken of local senior care facilities, and information from the senior living association he is a part of. Without David, my family would have struggled with making the most informative decision on what facility would best fit mother's needs. He was very patient and compassionate with my family, and we ended up moving mother in to the facility he thought would best meet mother's needs. I will recommend Assisted Living Locators to all of my friends who find themselves in this situation. It was so advantageous to be able to work with an expert in this field in order to find the best care for our mother.

Mr. Flautt was top notch when helping me to decide where to place my mother who has Dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease. He guided me in nursing homes that are 5 star ratings as far as those who accept Medicaid patients. Although no nursing home will be perfect, I trusted David’s suggestions and knowledge. I’ll be forever grateful to him and I wish him well in his future endeavors. Very satisfied and would recommend anyone who is searching for a loved one to ask for him- compassionate and considerate are words that come to mind! Thank you SO much David!!

I am blown away at the care that Kelly gave our family as we were absolutely crushed and confused when we had to search for a place for my dad. Kelly went out of her way to call and text me, some days just to check in even after my dad had already been moved. Kelly found the perfect spot for my dad that is a close drive for my mom. David is an amazing individual, very compassionate and always presenting options that no one was thinking of. As we started this journey (moving Mom from California to Ohio) David was there when the ball was dropped by others. I can't say enough about how blessed we are to have met David.
