I have been to physical therapy multiple times throughout my life and I can easily say that this was by far my best experience. I felt welcomed and cared for throughout the whole process and of course came out feeling better then ever!

This Athletico location has a great staff that really helped my recovery from an ankle fracture. My PT Jason is knowledgeable about injuries and the stages of healing & tailors your exercises to the appropriate stage of healing. He’s unfailingly pleasant and attentive and gives the best massages post-exercise! When the knee on my uninjured leg started hurting, he taped it, which gave me great relief! The UC student who often assisted (Grant) is a joy to be around. The receptionist, Wanda, is pleasant & helpful. I highly recommend the Athletico near UC!

Jason was incredibly friendly and professional. He was very experienced in the four months of therapy employed to help me recover from shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum. We was positive, encouraging and knew just what to do during each phase of the recovery. I would highly recommend this company and location.

I tore my PCL in January and have been going to therapy to Athletico for almost 4 months now. In those 4 months, they have kept me on track to achieve more than I thought I could going into the injury. I suggest that if you are a student needing physical therapy, this is the place to go. Easy to get to and from when close to campus. If you’re not a student, I still suggest you consider going to Athletico because the therapists are very helpful and want to do what is best for you. 10/10

Athletico Physical Therapy: (1) Misgendered and deadnamed me every time I showed up, despite my requests to be gendered and named properly. (2) Did a technique that gave me a migraine, and when I told them it gave me a migraine, they did it a second time anyway. It gave me a migraine again. (3) Pushed me to do exercises even after I self-reported that the exercises they were recommending were knocking my pelvis out of place. I have scoliosis, which can result in, among other things, pelvic dislocation. My pelvis has now been painfully dislocated for over a month due to their inability to listen to the lived experiences of their clients. UPDATE: Athletico's regional manager reached out to me, and I will be trying physical therapy at a different Athletico location. I will update further as needed!

Jacob and Jason took great care of me. They both made me feel comfortable. Jason spent time explaining how he was going to treat my injury and get me back on the road to walking pain free.
