If I could give them a 0 I would 🤬 I was a first time patient, I wasn't told there were two different buildings across from each other, one for surgery one for appointments, I arrived at the one for surgery, the nurse told me to drive around the corner to the other building, I said I'm going to be late because I've been sitting here, she stated it's OK they'll take you this happens all the time. I go to the other building, get to their receptionist told her what happened, she tells me "your to late and pass the grace period you'll have to reschedule", I said mam, I was at Mayfield spine center, no one said there were 2 buildings, the nurse there said you would still see me, After going back and forth with her for 10 minutes, I ask to speak to the Dr Kruglers assistant instead of all the back and forth with her, because as long as I've been talking to you, I could have been seen by now this is sick. The asst for Dr.Krugler Came Out with a very nasty and unkind attitude. I again told her what happened, she said " oh well we can't help you, you weren't in This building so it didn't count and I'm not making other patients wait because you got lost. Now I'm on🔥, in tears with back brace and crutches, in the worst pain ever,can barely walk, I've parked and walked 2ce now for her to dismiss me like I was nothing. If this is the way you treat your patients I would not want you operating on my spine no way.

I had my spine fusion there Dr Gozal is a very great doctor. So happy I found him..

Going there for 5 months now. No one communicates, and I'm worse now than I was before I started.

After spending 2 years trying everything from physical therapy to injections to alleve the extreme pain in my lower back, I contacted Mayfield Brain & Spine. During my initial consultation, Dr. DiNapoli thoroughly and clearly explained what was wrong. He said that surgery could be performed and then described what that would entail. I had surgery on May 25, 2022. That night, the nurse at the surgical center took me for a short walk and I have been walking ever since! I only took pain meds for about 4 days. About 2 weeks after surgery, I burst into tears because it had been so long since I was pain free. At my recent 3 month checkup, Dr. DiNapoli said that the fusion is successful. I am walking over 10,000 steps per day, doing yoga, Tai Chi, yard work and house work - all pain free. I'm 61, but I feel like I'm 41. Thank you Dr. DiNapoli and Mayfield Brain & Spine for giving me a new lease on life!

Our Dad has suffered for 5 yrs with Trigeminal Neuralgia. The procedure Dr. Bailey preformed has stopped his pain and changed his life. We highly recommend Mayfield. Dr Curt gave me my life back. If I hadn't come to the Mayfield Clinic, I would not have been able to work, possibly still not able to drive and have a much lower quality of life. Dr Curt is my hero! I have been seen by Dr. Curt for about a year . He is such a fantastic surgeon. He is compassionate and caring and he tells it to you straight! I have recommended him to several of my friends looking for a physician to help them with their back pain. Love this place. They take their time to explain things to you. I had spine surgery and it went very well.
