I have struggled with sleep apnea for years. My sleep quality has improved so much since getting the Inspire implant, I couldn't recommend it enough! Surgery went great with fairly minimal recovery.

I came to Dr. Hendricks with multiple concerns, and he was able to address them all in a timely and thorough fashion. He was able to perform a thyroid biopsy the same day, whereas I expected to have to reschedule or be referred to another provider. He has excellent communication, and was very quick to respond to follow-up questions I sent via MyChart. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Hendricks was phenomenal to work with. He performed my 7 year old daughters tonsils and adenoid removal. During the consultation he was very thorough and very patient, answering all of my questions and concerns. He was very well mannered with our daughter and made her feel at ease and answered her questions as well, speaking to her in a way a child would understand. She has even told others “how nice my tonsil doctor is”. He performed her surgery with no complications and made me, as a nervous mom, at ease. She has healed perfectly since, with no complications. After our previous ENT retired, I was very nervous finding someone who would provide the same level of quality care, and Dr. Hendricks exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Hendricks to both adults, and parents for their children.

My wife and I both had appointments for 2 different ENT issues. Neither of us learned anything remotely useful from the appointments, nor did any action come from the visits. He couldn't tell us anything that our primary care / family doctor didn't already tell us. He proceeded to charge an exorbitant amount of money for his useless and brief consultation, and another $150 for a 30 second "ear cleaning" without warning or my consent, only to determine that it made no impact on my hearing test results. He and the office showed no concern whatsoever for use as patients and were miserably slow to respond to any questions, and ultimately just stopped responding to our messages altogether. Horrible office and doctor, would not recommend to anyone.
