Terrible employment practices. If you provide a two week notice, they'll fire you immediately and not pay you for the notice period.

I don't care for the people at the front desk because they are typically pretty rude and act like you're bothering them when you're just trying to check in for an appointment... And I do not get medication I just go there for groups and counseling because I actually go to UC health and methadone... I needed groups and counseling and UC health is not offer very good at that location so I was recommended to go to brightview for that... My counselor Gerard is absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond to make sure that I am doing the best that I can... He will call me at home and stay on the phone with me for a couple hours if I need it... He has gotten me out of full-blown panic attacks and self-sabotages... The Wednesday women's group with Dana Newton is absolutely amazing and if I miss group I just don't feel right about it because she's so amazing... I really wish the place had a methadone program so I can just go to One clinic instead of two different clinics...

First of all work at Richard's Electric Supply Company I ask for help. They could have fired me that day. But they know I was loyal or hard worker and meant something to that company. Brightview is a wonderful place to be if you trying to get over anyting they have beautiful people that really really care it surprised me. I just want to say God bless Brightview without Brightview I don't know where I'd be.

I've been employed by Brightview for just under a year! All I can say is that I'm beyond proud to be affiliated with a treatment program that continues to serve communities and those suffering with the disease of addiction at a level that I've never experienced in my career. Brightview is a great place to go for matience medication therapy and outpatient service's. I have been with brightview for 5 years and out of all the outpatient facilities that I have seen, worked for ect... Brightview is one of the best if not the best there is avaliable. I also want to take a minute just to give Dr.Ryan the recognition I belive he deserves, Its hard to find a doctor that is as knowledgeable and balances what is best for the patient while following the strict laws put into place for substance abuse physicians and treatment facilities. He has always put my care first and did what was best for me, and I appreciate that so much that I can't even begin to put into words how much I respect Dr. Ryan. He has diagnosed issues that had nothing to do with addiction that other doctors couldn't, at this point he couldn't get rid of me as a patient if he tried 🤣. In all seriousness I am super picky with high standards and expectations of the physicians I see and he not only meets all those requirements he exceedes those expectations and never is judgmental but always understanding and realistic with what his patients go through. When you find a outstanding physician like that then you make it work to stick with them. Brightview also has great counselors and staff that does whatever they can to help improve patients situations, to push all patients to be in the best environment possible for full healing and recovery. All staff works as a team helping with different issues that may come about for the patients and strives to get the best outcome in the quickest manner. Thanks brightview I appreciate all that everyone does!

Since, I have been on my meds.I have had no issues with cravings or wanting to use. The staff on Morgan St. In Cincinnati are wonderful. They are very kind and helpful.

Great staff whom genuinely care about their clients. I would recommend Brightview to anyone out there struggling. Make the call! They will take care of you!

BrightView is the BEST! If u can get past the amount of groups (at first)...than u will grow to Love BrightView. They Really Do Care about me, everyone there goes out of their way to make me feel special and make me feel like I am Worthy of leading a New, exiting life, Drug Free! I really can't stress enough how much BrightView has helped my Recovery! And they also understand that we as humans are not perfect and only expect Progress from us and not perfection. I Love BrightView! Also i want to add that i have issues (that i wont discuss on here) that get me upset while im there...and i act below the bar and get all up in my feelings abt it. and they stay professional and are more understanding with me abt it, than i am with myself!!!! and then even try to make it easier on me when they really dont have to! There just so kind and caring.

Really great place to start or continue ur recovery...the system works if u work it !! I am testimonate to that Change IS POSSIBLE . They give u a counselor ,case management and a medical doctor so u are covered at all angles. Mary is my counselor and shes great . Dr. Amanda is awesome. Not one bad encounter or experience there.

I've been going to brightview for years they saved my life they sent me to impatient when needed to be and I've hear people complain about staying there for hours through the day but if you do what you're supposed to do you wouldn't be there for hours through the day it's not like they think you don't have a life they know people have a life they care for you on very very personal levels more than what I've ever seen any place do if you just talk to them and let them know what's going on with you they will help you they helped me and if it wasn't for brightview I would be dead right now thank you brightview
