Absolutely DO NOT recommend. Totally shady business practices. My husband and I were both seen there in January (!!!) for flu-like (possibly covid) symptoms. We never saw a bill, so we assumed the charges had been covered by insurance. We finally each received a bill just two weeks ago (so, NINE MONTHS LATER!). I planned to pay the bill with my month-end payments this week, when I noticed that I had a charge equal to the bill pop up on my Chase Visa. No warning, no courtesy notice, nothing. They just charged my card, without giving me the option to choose when I paid and with my preferred payment method. Lesson here...give them a credit card that's about to expire when you go in. That way, by the time the bill comes to you, they'll be forced to have to let you choose your own payment terms. I'm going to file a formal complaint.

The staff is super friendly. The service is super efficient and always accurate and effective treatments are offered. The facility is clean and spacious so you aren't super close to others who may be sick. Will definitely return!

My Nurse Practitioner was Lauren. Lauren is so compassionate, thorough and patient centered in her approach to my care. I really appreciate her willingness to help and how she was so affirming in the care she was providing. I had a great experience and this was my first visit.

I had a good experience! The receptionist was friendly and proficient.I had a very short wait time. I was seen by Grace Goodwin. She was wonderful. She quickly assessed that I had an upper respiratory infection. She reviewed the medication that she was prescribing and I was off to the pharmacy! Overall great customer service….

I've been here twice in 2 years. I didn't remember if I had been there or not, but they remembered me. Abscess tooth. The receptionist/nurse and provider on site were both absolutely professional, my wait time wasn't even 5 minutes before they got me in a room and saw the doctor in less than 10 mins. Meds were called into my pharmacy right away, and were ready to pick-up on my way home. THIS is the Urgent Care you should go to if you Urgent Care is what you need.
