My 1st visit to CareFirst. The nurse/receptionist was very friendly and understanding and efficient. I felt very comfortable and at ease. As it was my 1st virtual visit with a doctor, I was impressed. It was a very comfortable and impressive experience. Thank you!

Not sure that this place should be open when the doctor you see does not even ask what medications you take to assure they do not prescribe anything that interacts with existing medication? Pretty pathetic in my opinion. You get paid WAY more than patients do. It's your job to ask questions and know this. Also it's a teledoc so they do not even physically check you to know if you may be truly sick!

My 3 year old was seen here yesterday for a sore throat. He throat was swabbed by an employee out front, then he was seen by a doctor via computer. They said he was negative for strep throat. I’m no doctor but you can look into the back of his throat and see white puss. We are on our way to his doctor to have him tested by legit medical staff!
