I went into with my 7yr old daughter who was suffering. After a couple cups of water finally got the job done. Allyssa ,Amanda, and Chelsea were all so great and patient with us and it was almost closing time. I am so appreciative they could have gave up and sent us on our way but they didn’t. I recommend trying them out. My second time and both times were great experiences under the circumstances. Thank you

I had a gout attack which I wasn’t aware until I came here. The lady doctor who treated me was very kind and polite in explaining the symptoms and causes. I will definitely use their services anytime in future and also recommend them to others. Update 4/21/2022: Writing this at 2 AM. Ever since Dr.James started seeing patients here this place has become useless. He doesn’t even know how to send prescription to pharmacy. I had a gout attack again yesterday. Having known the pain it causes I didn’t wait long for it to worsen and went there immediately to get some medications. Basically I didn’t want to spend another sleepless night suffering with unbearable pain. But Dr.James foiled my plans. Firstly it took a lot of convincing for him to send the prescription. But the pharmacy didn’t receive all the medications. Obviously he messed up the submission. When I followed up and got him send it again the pharmacy was closed for the day. I then asked him to send it to another pharmacy which is open for a little long. He said he will but they never received it. I waited and waited until it was also closed for the day. With no proper medication it has flared up and I am now left sulking in pain. Thanks to him I ended up in the very situation I wanted to avoid. I am not going to go there again until he stops seeing patients. Don’t want to waste my time, money and suffer like this.

Very friendly and and professional place to go when you are truly not feeling well. The one line check ✔️ in process was fast and efficient. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the check in process. The doctor vist was very professional and provided me with great compassion. This is an Urgent Care I would say that has definitely been very professional and provided amazing care

Excellent visit. The nurse and the doc were both empathetic thankfully. The nurse is OUTSTANDING! She navigated the VA provider portal with ease and sent me to the pharmacy with all the correct information. Also, she’s lightning fast with the nasal swab. 👍 Been back since my first review and I must give a shout out to Chelsey for being so kind and gracious. She did the test and got me taken care of with ease. There was a wait to be seen, but it was well worth it to receive good care.

Was seen pretty quickly by the NP Alyssa. She was very professional, compassionate and helpful in diagnosing and managing the treatment of my medical concern. The office was huge, lots of seating, and clean. The receptionist was a bit short/crass but she was efficient and processed my insurance information quickly.
