List of Christine M. Kneer-Aronoff's Reviews
Zero stars, lacks bedside manners like other have said, will MISDIAGNOSE you and have no sympathy for the malpractice. Likes to force Pap smears on women even though she “couldn’t help me”. Does NOT listen to any questions or concerns. Is NOT gentle when it comes to exams. Staff acts incompetent can’t even book an appointment correctly. Don’t trust her with any lab work. You will get someone else’s results, and probably end up seriously hurt or ill from taking the medication prescribed. You are better off going to urgent care down the street. Save your money. She is lucky I am not suing for malpractice. If you seen her recently I recommend you go get checked by someone else this quack has no clue what the hell she is doing.
Great experience. She listened to me and helped me get through the worst years of my life thank you
Fantastic doctor. She is very approachable and frank. I have never been afraid of asking her any questions; she explains throughly and honestly, drawing from her years of experience.
No bedside manners, blames the patient for everything, shows no compassion or remorse. Caused a lot of physical pain during my pelvic exam from removing polyps and "pulsating my pelvic muscles." She literally made a joke about my pain during an exam. Only kept naively going back because of insurance purposes. I don't blame her staff because they were usually professional and kind. She suggested HRT and said, "if you get cancer you'll get the 'good cancer' " Staff replied, " That's what she tells all her patients. " 😳 She traumatized me and I reported her to Christ Hospital. Never again!
I called the urgent line because I was concerned about something as it was completely abnormal for me, and I did not say my birthday because I was flustered. After she was audibly unhappy about it, I sincerely apologized to her and took full blame. She then proceeded to lash out at me for this, and her medical advice was to go to the ER if I think it’s that bad, and that she cannot give medical assistance over the phone. I simply said thank you and hung up, although I was disheartened with her lack of compassion for my concern. I understand physicians have lives outside of the office, but I was just a concerned patient! A few minutes later, she had called back only to give me a tongue lashing. She did not provide any additional “medical advice” to the previous phone call, and continued to make me feel horrible about not saying my birthday, which I already was extremely apologetic for and felt terrible about. She continued to say that I wasted her Saturday night, doctors have lives too, and that she has so many pregnant women who actually have emergencies that may need helping. She repeatedly said that this was absolutely not a medical emergency and I should have waited. I expressed to her that it felt like an emergency and I was worried and did not know what to do. Furthermore, she tried to even say she told me to expect this type of concern at my last visit (which she did not, if anything she implied the complete opposite). I think it was extremely unprofessional for her to call me back to simply make me feel worse about the situation, and it was very hurtful that she was so inconsiderate.
Posting for my girlfriend. “Very unprofessional experience. Joked about making a patient cry which made me uncomfortable and asked me personal questions outside in the hallway in front of everyone.”
Dr. Aronoff is thorough and pragmatic. She's a "straight shooter" and gives you a clinical diagnosis without sugar-coating things. Her staff are excellent. I'm thankful I found her!
Horrible experience during visit. Still waiting on ultrasound results and it has been 3 weeks, meanwhile, I am still experiencing pain.
Doesn't answer questions well, feels rushed. Not gentle when it comes to things. I felt unaware of what was going on and things weren't very transparent.
Dr. Aronoff helped me get through some of the worst years of my life. She was extremely thorough and very patient with me as well as compassionate for what I was going through. She performed surgery on me twice for severe endometriosis and has managed my care in the best possible manner. We must understand the pressure physicians are under today. Their time is so limited with so many patients to see. We must extend the same grace to them we expect to receive. The option of paying extra for concierge care is available for those who can afford it. Don't be late because most offices have very limited grace periods for appointments. She is excellent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
