Dr. Chen was very thorough, explained my x-rays, what he felt the game plan should be and asked my thoughts on the treatment plan. A 100% better experience than with the first ortho doctor I saw a year ago, where I was in and out in 3 minutes, I kid you not. Dr. Chen spent an adequate amount of time and answered all my questions.
