List of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center's Reviews
Thank God for this hospital and for them saving my sons life. His surgeon Dr Demarcantonio is AMAZING & I’m so glad he has been the one to do my sons surgeries.Everyone caring for my son today was great. They dressed him in his gown for surgery after he was sedated and put his clothes back on him before he woke back up, because he didn’t want to wear a gown. (( he really doesn’t cooperate with anything from doctors and nurses and I give them props for handling it so well 😩 )) He was allowed to bring a stuffed animal to surgery with him so we packed SpongeBob from home. They took him back and gave him surgery too. Bandaged him all up. I thought that was so sweet. 😍 thank u to everyone at Cincinnati childrens! U made a difference in our lives 💕
Your employee Chris Stang is abusive and manipulative on stock message boards so he can profit more. Very unethical
We see Dr. Grey at the Anderson location and he's awesome and so is the staff.
I don’t usually do this, but decided to after reading through the reviews and noticing ridiculous people leaving reviews who haven’t even received care here. Not to mention the complainers are always the first to run to social media. From everyone we passed in the hallways, to the C2 lab, radiology, transport and everyone in cardiology were amazing! Everyone was supportive, super friendly and caring for our 2 y/o daughter. We are extremely grateful for all of your expertise and care. On the way out, my wife and I discussed how lucky we are to have such a great asset close to home! Cincinnati Childrens, thank you! I hope we are never back but can rest easy knowing we have all of your staff if needed!
i personally had to get 17 stitches after an accident and the people at this hospital were so down to earth and did their job because they wanted to help not just for the pay i don’t know the name of the doctor who did the stitches but i want to say thank you for making me feel comfortable and safe the whole time.
Cincinnati Children's Hospital engages in an underhanded billing practice called "surprise billing."Surprise billing happens when people unknowingly get care from providers that are outside of their health plan's networkWe were referred to Cincinnati Children's Hospital by our primary physician. All the staff we interacted during our visit were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. However, in the months following our visits (which were for some routine lab tests), we've received bills totaling $1,800.We provided our insurance before services were rendered. At no time were we informed that our insurance wasn't accepted. It's been 8 or 9 months since services were rendered. We've spent at least a hundred hours trying to sort this all out. We've called every number, filled out every form, jumped through every hoop. And the final verdict is that we're stuck with bills totaling $1,600. For some lab work.
We were in Cincinnati from out of town because a close family member was in serious condition in another hospital and the family was called in. While we were getting ready to go to the hospital my son fell in the hotel shower and severely cut his arm. We took him to Cincinnati Children's Hospital and from the moment we walked in the ER, the staff were nothing short of amazing. They took my son in very quickly and the doctors and nurses started working on him immediately. While waiting for xray results, we got a call that the other family member didn't have long and they were calling us to the other hospital. The staff had asked questions when we arrived and were aware of the situation. They worked as quickly as possible to get my son treated and taken care of with the utmost care, compassion and expertise. We were able to get to the other hospital and be there with the family member when they passed. The staff, nurses and doctors at the Cincinnati Children's hospital made one of the most difficult situations in our lives easier because of their caring and compassion. We will be forever grateful for them all. Thank you ♡
This hospital performs unnecessary painful traumatic cosmetic surgery on baby boys. No medical association in the world recommends routine infant circumcision yet they do it
This medical center performs foreskin amputations in babies and children without medical indication. By that It ignores the fact that following all findings of modern medicine circumcision is a long outdated and poor concept that injures minors and has no advantages, a concept not recommended to be performed by any medical board. A lawsuit will follow for ethical and professional misconduct.
Stone Age medical knowledge, and only care about $$$$, and not human health. Still performing lifetime genital mutilation of helpless children, an egregious humanitarian crime. 😡

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
