Cincinnati Childrens Eastgate's Online Review Report Card

Been going off and on a few years now. Occupational and physical have some of the nicest people. They've been amazing with my kiddo. She genuinely loves it here. They're even amazing at taking blood from kids too. Can't recommend them enough.

Horrible experience. I used Family Services but ended up being no use. I was falsely accused of being theatening by reporting problems with speech therapy. Our speech therapist was Brynn at eastgate division. She claimed to received and sent paperwork for an referral on a communication device. According to Meagan at Disabilities and behavioral section, nothing was sent to them. Also claims from eastgate division on paperwork to Tricare insurance which was never sent. Once I called Tricare, they confirmed nothing was sent. I contacted eastgate division. They claimed Tricare threw it away. I called Tricare a third time. Tricare stated no paperwork is thrown away these days. All electronic, either approved or disapproved. I call to talk to a Kim. Kim stated I never called Meagan. Employee was rude and not being helpful. Kim stated she would answer all my questions. She also stated she would email Meagan's supervisor to be disciplined. Kim insisted she knew the supervision over Meagan. Later that week Brynn stated she dropped the ball to my wife but still no fixes. I contacted Family Services but got no real support. Seemed like it on the phone but later Dawn insisted I take blame for my actions continuously without no answers on Kim's attitude or the mistakes made. . I had a meeting with head of speech today with Dawn. This was one sided. I was told I was a threat. The guy, Mr Ervin whom filed complaints in the system. He had no answer for any of the questions not did Mr Ervin Care. He had no answers for Kim, Brynn or tricare. Mr Ervin avoided answers. Mr Erring stated I would not be allowed to use Eastgate division. I asked what I said to Brynn which was a threat but received no answer. I recorded this. Also was told Brynn said I was a threat. This continued several times with no proof or examples. Also questions such as Kim's threats on D@B because she stated I was not truthful, or giving wrong info was never addressed. Mr Irving did not know any of my complaints nor did he address them at the meeting. Nevermore Brynn, or Kim's actions saying nothing would happen. He only continually stated I was unsure wrong doing. Tape anything dealing with importance at Children's. Mine was twisted and attacked for reporting speech therapy for wrong doing then even trying cover it up. This was acceptable by speech therapy supervisor Ervin which stated we all drop the ball so....
