Best hospital stay of my life. Staff was all on the same page. Care was excellent. I was ALWAYS informed and knew what was going on. As the patient, I could not have felt more comfortable and well taken care of during a hospital stay! Y'all are doing a wonderful job!
This was the best hospital experience I've ever had. We were visiting Cincinnati for Thanksgiving and my 10 y.o. daughter came down very ill and dehydrated and we took her here to get checked out. I was immediately impressed with the easy parking and very glad for the clean and spacious waiting area. Luckily we didn't have to wait too long - about 45 mins - and we immediately got our own private, quiet room in the spacious (and what looked brand-new) emergency wing. The nurses and staff were very friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable and at-eaae. She got to watch Encanto on the TV while we waited for test results and for the medicine to kick in. Once she was feeling better, she got some juice and crackers and a coloring book. She was feeling 100X better when we left than when we got there. Very thankful for this facility and the wonderful staff for helping my girl feel so much better. Highly recommend!
Don't, I repeat don't visit Cincinnati children urgent care, I think they don't Care about the sick kids, how on earth to wait for 4 hours before you get Care. Sitting in the room with my sick kid for 4 hours; the nurse has a gut to tell me she can walk me out if can't wait. Is it the kind of children hospital that deserves # 1 spot in the nation.
What's the point in having 3-4 people sitting at the check in desk when only one does anything and the one that does work couldn't even figure out where my family was located after telling her what room they were in. The short interaction I had with the doctor also proved he wasn't worth anything either. I would rate zero stars if I could. I hope I don't ever have to come back to this location.
Compassionate and caring Dr's and nurses as well as other staff. Had a midnight emergency. No parent wants to be in the ER with their child. But we received great care. Our questions were answered and everyone there was helpful and kind.
No way you are number 1 children's hospital. This urgent care is a scam. How dare they have babies and small children waiting for 8 hours plus. This should be against the law. Someone needs to investigate this urgent /emergency facility. If you care about children in pain and distress yet you have them waiting more than half a day you need to be investigated and closed down. I will be following up with my attorney and everyone who feels the same should also take action. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE NEEDS TO BE CHARGED WITH CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT.
Made an appointment for 4. Got here at 4:08. Was told no problem we would still have our appt. Received a text that said our appointment was cancelled, so we asked registration and they said no problem we still have our appointment and they send the text to everyone. Over 2 hours later we ask how long and told we didn’t have an appt, and 11 people ahead of us, only about 20 more minutes and that was 45 minutes ago. Registrations favorite line is “shouldn’t be to much longer. Zero sense of urgency. And if I had a nickel for everyone that came in after us it would pay the over priced bill I’m going to get in the mail
Crazy how long you have wait to put in a g tube 5 hours wait my son is hungry smh do better
I went in this evening for the first time I went into urgent care. My almost 2 year old was there for the first time. She had strep, had a fever that wouldn’t go down with meds, inconsolably screaming in pain for over and hour. I called my doctors office and a nurse from childrens called me back. She asked a series of question and was told to come in. Wish I had not. I did not mind waiting at all. We saw ebecca Lynn Lelii, APRN-CNP . I wish we hadn’t. The first thing she did was bad mouth my doctor and doctors office. She said most doctors don’t even test for strep until age 3 and don’t treat with antibiotics. She spent more time bad mouthing my doctors than she did looking at my kid. I think it’s funny that she even has the audacity to badmouth my doctors office when she doesn’t know who they are, and she isn’t even a doctor. Please do NOT take your kids here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
