I’m only writing this in hopes that the management/doctors see that at minimum one of their office staff has kept them from acquiring another patient. I had my appointment scheduled, received a call to confirm and ask more information. During this time, the woman asked where id like to have my blood drawn. I explained i don’t know of any specific places, but she insisted i pick a place and got rude with me when i explained again, i dont know any blood drawing facilities and she begun again with the rudeness. At that point, i decided to hang up to save myself the frustration. I called back a short time later to just cancel so i dont get charged for the appointment. When answering the phone the same woman said her greeting and i said i needed to cancel. She asked my name as if she already knew who was calling so i said my name and she acted surprised i was cancelling. Why would i continue to pursue care somewhere that i’d have to keep in contact with that office and continue to be treated disrespectfully?
