I have been coming to this facility since 2016, amazing staff.I genuinely feel heard and cared for. Dr Neff and his team are great professionals easy to talk to and my mental health specialist is amazing as well!

Good luck trying to get an appointment, can't even get in contact with anyone at the facility. Walked in earlier today because I have been trying to get an appointment over the phone for a week. I was then told, I couldn't make an appointment in person and was handed a card with the same number on it. Explained the situation and they pretty much shrugged and pointed towards the door.

Now I have been going there a year. I called for 4 weeks when very sick, possible flu symtoms 2 months ago. Could not get in. Multupule messages sent requesting a call back for an appointment. I was forced to use my tricare doctor. I had a severe upper respitory infection. So 5th week I saw a Mercy Health doctor. Last a week after the visit. I did mention I would leave a negative comment. The doctor did call after I stated to the nurse that I leave a negative message. He did not like what I said, and stated people fall through the cracks. Remember I called multipule times, had the Cincinnati VA send computer notices 8 times to my doctors nurse. This facility has a major problem with scheduling. Went to Mercy health and had to pay for appointment and medications. Poor service by Clermont Edit: went in to make an appointment. Head nurse chastised me for not having a computer reference sent in. I cannot just walk in for an appointment. Still seen within that day. Edit:called to make an appointment. Month waiting to see the doctor. Yet had an opening under 3 weeks out. I kept asking to be scheduled. Minutes refused to schedule me for an appointment due to being so far out. This a year later. No improving on scheduling at Clermont

Sad to report terrible service. On hold for over 20 minutes, had to call over 10 times to reach someone to help. I was asked at least 10 times my name and information. I was given a month wait for new appointment and then cancelled 2 hours before the appointment and rescheduled for a month later. I requested an outside doctor because it had been more than 30 days, but because they rescheduled me they said my previous 30 days didn’t count. Absolutely amazing.
