My mother is very unhappy she is wanting to get out of there
Great visit with my wife Carol Ann today. Good attention to her needs. Hard-working staff.
I have been to Clovernook many times to visit a client that resides at Clovernook. The staff are always warm and friendly. The residents have regular activities they look as though they enjoy and also are very nice amongst each other which is very nice to see. You can also have lunch with your loved ones and the food is actually very good and they have a nice menu plan
Everyone was very nice & it was clean can't wait to start working 🙏🏾😊
The staff is friendly and helpful
My husband has been here for 2 weeks and we love the staff. They take great care of him i have no complaints.
Visit was great
Nice facility staff was friendly.
Very helpful I have been taking care of my mom for 7 years and she has dementia and goes to dialysis 3 times a week I tried to take care of as long as I could but her dementia just got worse Kristen made me feel better and I researched Clovernook Nursing Home and it was rated the best I know she will be taking good care of
Husband is a patient. Ok inside.
I went to visit my mother for her birthday and had a great moment and experienced. The staff were great. Jay offer and took a picture of us and made us a beautiful frame picture with beautiful warm wishes.Great staff! Great service! Clean clinic and lovely people!God bless you all!
My loved one went there for rehabilitation after a stroke. She never received the help, was admitted as a permanent resident and continued to decline in her health. We witnessed neglect to her and other residents so much so that we committed to going there daily to provide care. Once the governor mandated an end to visitors on 3/13/2020, we knew it would not end wellOur loved one contracted COVID, flu and pneumonia and died 2 months later. Hurtful to say the least.
My 92 year old grandmother and my Auntie are in this place and with the exception of maybe 2 times I kid you not I've never visited a fresh , clean and friendly staff all in 1 facility at the same time. . They definitely love there place of employment to keep it so well maintained. .
If you are considering this nursing home for a loved one please keep looking. We too read reviews when choosing the right home. This place is always understaffed and has gone down hill over the years.. There are a few great people there but they can't be there 7 days a week. It is because of their lack of experience, attention to detail and staffing that we lost my mother n law. How do you not realize someone hasn't ate or drank for days ? Is it not your job to look out for your residence? We were very grateful for hospice iand the few good staff members in her final day. the nursing home rn was unprofessional even at her death bed. The experience was so bad that even hospice planned to report them. If you choose this place make sure your there everyday to check in. Due to covid we weren't able to do this which caused us to lose a loved one.
I greeted in a friendly way, and I was shown how to sign in. I had a nice visit with my friend. The staff was kind enough to set up a long table in my friend’s room, so a group of ladies could play train dominoes with the resident. Great visit.
My wife is a resident here. The facility does a great job in all aspects of care. They definitely are healthcare heroes!
I was impressed right off because there was no urine smell the lobby was bright and cheerful my friend Stephanie's room was lovely as well I really felt calm yet relaxed in this environment.......I would completely recommend this facility to the families that are in need of a tranquil place for your loved ones
Staff and administration very friendly. Looks like a great place to work!
