This location stole my money 8/23/2023 was suppose to come back and get my labs and physical paperwork they shut the whole building down and it’s being sold to mercy health urgent care

Great service! The medical assistants and the doctor were excellent! They were all very helpful and thorough! They were also fast and efficient!

Service extremely slow. Arrived to an empty waiting room and waiting 45 mins before being called back. No one left while we were waiting either. Then sat in the exam room for another 10 mins before being seen. My child and I left undiagnosed with orders for steroids and antibiotics for just in case. The physician and staff were very friendly though.

Staff was ghetto and unprofessional not neat and clean looking how healthcare workers should be . Doctor did not prescribe what I requested and the insurance covers it and it wasn’t a narcotic or std medication either just an FYI .
