Call to the billing department proved useless. The person that answered the phone didn't speak fluent English and was very difficult to understand. After much frustration, I called the customer service department and received much better results. We were mislead by the representative at the hospital, as we were not told we would be receiving a monthly invoice for rental of the equipment. We were under the impression that we were purchasing the unit after the insurance company paid their 80%. The fact that it is a rental unit needs to be made clear by the representative at the hospital.

My mother got discharged from Christ hospital requiring oxygen. We contacted the company immediately to get the oxygen equipment delivered as directed by the nurses. After ordering service we almost had to take my mom back to the hospital when the delivery service never showed up. Even though we contacted customer service multiple times, the driver never contacted us until after almost 5 hours. The tank given to her at the hospital only was supposed to last 4 hours and we had to reduce the flow to make it last until they got there.

Evanda was bright and cheerful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Her knowledge of the bipap machine was excellent. She gave very detailed and thorough explanations of everything not just the operation of the equipment but the paperwork, insurance and contracts as well. All of my questions were answered in an easy to understand way. Evanda is an asset to the Dasco company. I am very glad to know if I have an issue Evanda will be there to assist me.

This company keeps sending me the wrong mask even thought I have called 3 times and asked for it to be changed on my account!!

My appointment with Evanda proved to be very helpful. Evanda is a great teacher. She knows the equipment and how it works and she knows all the policies and rules. I must have had 30 questions but she was helpful and not bothered by the questions. I am now prepared to correctly start my machine this evening and al information the company needs to communicate to me and send supplies is in place. My MyAir app is installed into my phone and paired correctly with the machine to send data back about my use and it’s effectiveness. I started out apprehensive about the use of the machine. But as I said, Evanda is a great teacher because she is patient and really friendly so that when she slowly and kindly explains, she enables me to feel at ease with the equipment. Thank you Evanda.

When I began using Christ Hospital, I was fortunate to find a sleep doctor closer to me. Being referred to Dasco was an added bonus. I have not dealt with them face to face because their phone and online service made it unnecessary. My order for a new style mask was placed with the assistance of a smartphone app that scanned my face and asked a few questions. Great point of sale service! My supplies were delivered promptly and co-payments were done online. Easy and awesome from start to finnish!
