Dr Guend saved my life when I presented at the ER in severe pain. He was able to locate bowel perforation and perform emergency surgery to repair it. It is no small thing that in the face of this life threatening condition Dr Guend was able to repair the hole without leaving me with an ostomy.

An outstanding Surgeon. He was thorough with his considerations of every aspect of his expertise and treatment planning. He was very kind, caring and always seemed to go the extra mile when explaining what he is doing, why and all the possibilities. He exudes a genuine care for his patients well being and their families. He displays a clear commitment to excellence in the planning of treatment, in his surgeries, and in his followup. I highly recommend him.
