Harrison Pavilion has kept my sister Karen and her roommate safe and covid free during the pandemic. I am very grateful for their care for her. God bless Harrison Pavilion and all Frontline caregivers there. Sincerely, larry mcpherson
I was so worried about finding the right facility for my brother. I was able to meet with Joe Goldburg the 1st day. I knew then I was going to happy with the choice my family made. I felt as though he really cared and we could work together for the best possible outcome fir my brother's long-term care. I have spoken to several staff member and all have been so kind and patient with any question I had. Joe even came to University Hospital when my brother had a procedure. My heart was touched that he make that effort to be informed. If considering your options, please go to Harrison Pavilion! You'll be glad you did!!Thank you Joe!!!
I am a social worker with Affinity Care Hospice. I am always looking forward to working with the staff at Harrison Pavilion. Joe Goldberg is a rockstar; he’s able to work true magic even in the most difficult situations. Joe is always willing to help and is enthusiastic to care for others. Working with the team at Harrison Pacilion has been a joy and I look forward to a long relationship with them!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
Great team !
Very kind and devoted staff. Facility with major upgrades over the past few years. Keep up the great work.
My sister is here and she is well taken of with everything. She is happy and healthy. I am grateful for new administrator Mr. Don and the new director of nursing Liz!
Very organized & considerate of their residents from the moment they come through the doors. Great communication all around.
So grateful for the advice and help that Joe Goldberg, Admissions Director gave to our family when inquiring about transferring my brother from another facility. He was so helpful in so many ways. Literally took a very complicated situation and gave us the help and resources to get it done. Words alone cannot express the gratitude we owe Joe for his kind, passionate and humane approach in dealing with our questions and my brother's situation. Truly amazing individual.
Lovely place, caring, the DON is so caring and understanding
Great Staff that really cares about residents!
The staff at Harrison Pavilion truly care about the residents and each other. I am honored to be a member of this team!!!
My mom has been there for about two months now and really seems to like it.Every time I come to get her to take her out she’s always smiling and laughing with everyone. My only goal is for her to be safe and happy!
Harrison Pavilion is a newly remodeled facility with a team who have raised above the challenges. I have worked with Harrison and their parent company in various ways over the years and trust they have their residents and staff’s best interest at heart in all they do! Thumbs up from me.
Great therapy team!
Seem like, they care but,are slow to respond to patients request are not following the guidelines from the doctors
I ride the bus and its unpredictable transfer connections so was not sure, after an appointment that took 3hrs longer than expected, whether I’d be able to reach Harrison Pavilion and both enter & finish an hour or two visit with my friend during normal hours. I considered skipping the visit—maybe i’d be back on this side of the OhioR sooner than another week or ten days.I arrived well after normal hours —the front reception counter office was darkened but i could see the new digital sign-in&out stand was operating. I followed the exterior afterhours sign instruction by the entrance door intercom, pushed the button & spoke i suppose w/the nurses counter office and was let in.My visit was a little less than 2hrs, the ‘little less’ both for time to get to the busstop and, more importantly, time to find out without interrupting priority interactions of the nursing staff what the new security exit code was for a regular guest/visitor to let themselves out the secured front door. The lasttime, my code from the previous visit didn’t work, & no one available knew any new code. Providentially, i stood by the frontdoor, bustime arrival rapidly approaching, and a staff member/ medical servicer w/their code eventually entered, i simultaneously exiting. This time, as i approached the front door, there was a security guard supervising i think departures and entries, or merely a couple of residents or visitors in the front lobby —very thoughtful for visitors or rotating staff, even if he is there only temporarily when improvements are being made, other systems down. The digital self-serve sign-out&in ‘pad’ on its stand had worked effectively—and efficiently (allowed me minimum response time)—as i dashed out and made my bus.
I worked here as the mds coordinator. The admin team with the exception ofJoe are all new but have all worked together at another facility. The CCH corporate team that I worked with was amazing.
My mother has received horrible care here supposed to get wound care they have only changed bandages once she was almost thrown out of her bed because the aid didn't want to change her she hurt her arm in process I and my neighbors witnessed her being yelled at by nurse and aid ended up fearing for her safety and calling 911
Harrison Pavillion has consistently been willing to consider patients we refer from Blueridge Vista Health and Wellness and has sent referrals our way as well! I was impressed with the staff’s friendly and helpful interaction with the residents. Keep up the great work!
