Dr. Hartman is wonderful. She listens. She is a good combination of common sense & science! I’ve recommended her to 2 coworkers and both are pleased!

She asked no questions about when I feel my issue is worse, no questions to get to the root of the problem. I felt like it was a waste of time and told me to use things I have already tried and told her that.

I have never taken the time to write a review on any Doctor, but I feel very strongly about Dr. Hartman. I have actually never encountered such an arrogant, disrespectful, ignorant, dismissive Doctor in my entire life. She dismissed everything that I had said, and kept interrupting me. I listed every medication that I could think of that I was allergic to (According to SEVERAL other Doctors) and she said that I was wrong, that I wasn't actually allergic, I just had bad reactions. Fine, but she talked in a way that made me feel inferior to her, like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. She would ask a question, and before I could finish answering or explaining my past experiences, she would interrupt to say, "Actually, that is incorrect." She was beyond the worst Doctor I have ever met. She has no intentions of helping patients, she just wants that paycheck. Doctors, as well as any other medical professionals, are supposed to make you feel safe and heard.

To start things out, her and her staff were laughing at me behind closed doors because I forgot my list of medications that I am allergic to. I could hear them in the other room. When I called to complain, she admitted that it was wrong of them to laugh. She dismissed everything that I had said, and kept interrupting me. I listed every medication that I could think of that I was allergic to (According to SEVERAL other Doctors) and she said that I was wrong, that I wasn't actually allergic, I just had bad reactions. Fine, but she talked in a way that made me feel inferior to her, like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. She would ask a question, and before I could finish answering or explaining my past experiences, she would interrupt to say, "Actually, that is not correct." So a "Professional" MD was telling me that I am wrong about the reactions that I was having to medications? She made no sense whatsoever, and was so disrespectful about my concerns. Doctors, as well as any other medical professionals, are supposed to make you feel safe. They are supposed to give you hope and want to help you because you are obviously there for a reason. You have no idea what people are going through, and Doctors are the ones who should understand the most and make patients feel welcome and heard. She had no intentions of trying to make me feel better. If you are seeking help for anything that has to do with allergies, save yourself the frustration and go ANYWHERE but here!

My son has some complex issues and Dr. Hartmann ALWAYS takes time with him. She collaborates with my sons other physicians in a timely manner. Highly, highly recommend.

very unprofessional. does not examine patient. dismissive and derogatory towards other doctors does not appreciate the patients time.

Despite the confusion of a new office and new computers, was seen on-time and very well taken care of. Dr. Hartman spends the time she needs to get it right.

Spent lots of time getting to know my daughter. She took her time with her and made her feel like a priority. Office staff were attentive and caring. No rush around.

She is the absolute best allergist doctor. I wish I could see her for every speciality. She's knowledgeable, listens, and really cares. I can't recommend her enough. Her whole office team is great and really accommodating.
