I don't know what we would do without HomeWell! The caregivers truly love my mom and have become like family to us. Mom lights up when she sees them. The office staff has also been flexible, caring, and supportive of changing schedules and needs. The owner has personally reached out on several occasions and is incredibly kind. I will forever be grateful to the social worker who said that HomeWell is the best agency in the city. We couldn't agree more!

I've worked for Home Well since May when I graduated from IU and moved back home to get my masters at UC. I had over a year's experience in patient care due to working at the hospital. Home Well is excellent in ensuring their caregivers either have experience or are properly trained to provide the highest quality of care. The owners and the ladies within the office are all extremely kind, compassionate, and flexible in making sure both patients and employees are covered. Another thing I love about HomeWell is the way the owners and the team in the office advocate both for the patients and the caregivers, creating an environment that is pleasant for everyone to be in while holding each employee accountable for providing a specific standard of care. If it were my loved one, I would want HomeWell to be the agency that cared for them.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The employees and HR is a joke I was harassed by an employee and reached out to HR to let them know of the situation and no one ever reached out for help. Also, if you care about your love ones I wouldn't let them touch them at all! I've seen workers being rough with patience and not showing care for them at all. Please find another agency rather if its employment or getting services.

I worked for homewell for awhile before and the owners are wonderful they went above and beyond what most boses would do. The ladys in the office where so sweet i loved when they would call me to verify my shifts the clients where my favorite i miss my clients when i come back to ohio one day i will love to have my job back again

We have used HomeWell twice for my parents; Once in 2016, and again in 2020 (Parkinson’s help and a parent that was bedridden for a few months). Everyone we worked with and everyone who came to our house was efficient and caring. They made difficult situations much easier. In 2020 we had Sally on a regular schedule. She helped my 86 year old dad complete his doctor prescribed PT, did laundry, light cleaning, helped him dress, meal prep, application of rash medication, etc. He enjoyed her company too.

I am so happy with Homewell Senior Care and love the caregivers so much. They are so caring and supportive. My caregiver takes me places that I wouldn't be able go to on my own due to being an amputee. She makes sure I take my medication, eat my meals and keeps my home tidy. I wouldn't be able to stay in my home if it weren't for the excellent people at Homewell.

I am very pleased with the morning and evening services. My morning caregiver makes me a wonderful breakfast, does some laundry and always takes out all of my trash. My night caregiver always helps to prepare me for bed. The care manager is wonderful and helped me to get a shower chair. All of the staff have been very compassionate. I love how the caregivers know my routine and help me to live the best life that I can. I'm very appreciative of the Homewell team.

Owner Chris vissilli is very! rude stalks her employees and talks nasty and calls people out of their names! She is not professional at all!!!! and I would never use her company for any of my loved ones !! Not even a pet goldfish!!! They only pay their aides 10.00 an hour and rarely have hours available! It’s a waste of time!!! The schedulers are also rude and unprofessional!!

We have used Homewell for over two years now -- first as home help for my 99 year old mother and, more recently, as companion care in a nursing facility. We have found the organization to be very professional and the aides to be wonderful friends for my mother. We especially appreciated the fact that no matter what the weather, Homewell made sure that someone would be available to cover a shift if at all possible. We recommend them highly.
