Professional, courteous staff. Minimal wait time. Very accommodating for elderly patients. Was able to ask questions freely and receive informed answers. Everyone ensured all concerns were addressed. Both Eastgate and Blue Ash facilities are excellent facilities. Highly recommend Cincinnati Eye Institute.

James Osher M.D. has done everything possible to help me to correct an issue with my eye... Insurance company is in control. So when permission is given from them then it will made totally better!! So thankful for his knowledge and patience to get this taken care of!! James Osher is wonderful in this field... I an so blessed to be in his care Update 8/30/22 I had the cold laser treatment on my eye 10/21 at my last followup visit after testing. Dr Osher has corrected my vision to 20 /20 with my glasses! This is such a blessing! He is a great and caring Dr!
