I just saw Dr. Joseph-Hayes for the first time today. She has got to be one of the most caring, compassionate doctors I have went to. She took her time with me and made sure my worries were answered. She gave me opportunities to speak and even took my ideas into consideration. Thank you, thank you for not dismissing my worries like most doctors have. This doctor is amazing. I now feel more hopeful with her helping me through this!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Joseph-Hayes for over a year now. She has helped me manage my health, thyroid and auto-immune, and goes above and beyond to advise on lifestyle and diet choices that could also help me feel my best. I appreciate her and her team’s partnership.

Dr. Joseph-Hayes is very thorough & empathetic. She listens to you & provides feedback in layman's terms. Her bedside manner is awesome...very relatable. She explores all options to ensure nothing has been missed. Love her nurse/NP/PA that takes the vitals. She is very friendly & knowledgeable.

I've been going to Dr. Joseph-Hayes for a few years. She takes the time to answer questions and helps you decide on different alternatives to help when you come up with a problem. Hopefully she will continue to be my doctor for years to come. Her and her staff are amazing.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph-Hayes for about 4 years and am very happy with my care. She has a very collaborative approach, and listens and asks questions so she can understand my personal treatment decisions. I am so glad to have found her when I moved to the area. I am not someone who just “takes orders” from their doctor (I have “fired” a previous endocrinologist in a different state for this type of approach). Dr. Joseph-Hayes knows her stuff and is a great partner to have in managing my endocrine issues.

Dr. Joseph-Hays is not open to listening to patients that want to have an active role in their own care. She discounts their input and is not open to other opinions other than her own.

Dr.Joseph-Hayes is an awesome doctor! She has been my diabetic care doctor for over 4 years. She listens to what is going on with my condition and applies her knowledge of current treatments for my disease and it works.

I do not recommend Dr. Joseph-Hayes. She repeatedly does not return my calls nor calls to my pharmacy. A patient deserves a timely response in all issues. I will be looking for a new endocrinologist.

Do not go to her under any conditions. She is dismissive of what a patient tells her, blames the patient for not following the orders that she gives during the previous appointment, then denies giving certainorders. She failed to call in a prescription for insuline, forcing me go be without it for 2 days. She is confrontational and always blaming the patient for the conflict, not realizing she is the one setting the stage for the confrontation. If I could give less then 1 star I would.
