From intake to outtake, everyone is very professional and personable, caring to patients, thorough diagnostics, just a really friendly place. Dr. Shaw is the best! He's been my Ortho Physician since 2007 and he is just the greatest. Scheduling is easy and the whole experience is enough for me to recommend friends, family, and even coworkers to seek them out. Very satisfied customer.

I had an MRI from another facility (Proscan) that was not able to correctly diagnose the results and reported that my arm was doing worse then the original MRI. Dr. Shaw visually reviewed the MRI results with me and showed me that my arm was 80% headed and set up physical therapy for me. Awesome Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Shaw and will recommend him to my clients.

Didn’t end up seeing Doc - waited almost 40 minutes after scheduled appt time and had to leave due to obligations. Normally they are prompt but were extremely busy this day.

Recommended surgery to repair labrum tear even though I insisted pain was on top of shoulder (AC joint). Second opinion gave me shot and I was better 2 days later.

I was having knee issues for a few months and a friend recommended Dr. Shaw, and thankfully she did, because he did NOT disappoint. I was in the market for a new orthopedic as my last doc had retired. Dr. Shaw is caring and professional, and I left feeling great with the good news he gave me. I have a new orthopedic! YAY!
