I had an eye emergency and was seen by Dr. Reid within 90 minutes! After testing and diagnosis he sent me to the hospital for MRI/MRA on an urgent basis. Everyone working with Dr. Reid was respectful, responsive and friendly! I was so happy they were there for me. Thanks CEI Kenwood!

For an annual checkup the front desk hald us at ransome that we need to pay co-pay and some additional fee of $60 in advance otherwise the appointment would be cancelled, when my insurance covers annual checkup with copay alone. When I insisted that they send me a bill for the amount so I can work with my insurance company, lady was very rude saying this is company policy and we cannot change it. This is the only location of this group that I have had this issue with, Mason location is awesome, so a single star for their pay in advance for services covered by insurance policy.

Dr Reid is an amazing doctor. 30+ years with him. Surgery was done beautifully and the nurses and the anesthesiologist were all sensitive and responsive.
