Lincoln Crawford is a nasty horrible facility, upon my father leaving the hospital he was admitted to Lincoln Crawford nursing home. My father was treated very poorly there to the point I had do a emergency discharge to have him removed from that place. My father clothes was stolen after a week of him being there, noting was replace not that I'm surprised. A nurse there let an STNA do my father womb treatment because she was busy taking a smoking break. My father was dehydrated on many occasions on his short stay there, the staff never checked on him frequently to offer him water or to even see if he was still breathing. If you by any chance love you love ones don't bring them to this facility they will decline in care immediately. This place is beyond trifling and needs to be shut down ASAP!!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!
Nurses aida on night shift were using foul language . U can hear them in the hallway talking bad about residents broke my heart
I enjoyed my stay here, I think the staff was good, the food was good (lol) I will miss some of the people here, if someone I know needs care,I will tell them to come to Lincoln Crawford Care Center!
Staff in all departments are very much involved with residents and very supportive. Residents seem to be very reciprocal and have very good nutritious food.
Upon walking into the facility I've notice how nice, clean and well organized everything looked. Lincoln Crawford also doing temperature checks and mask requirements which is good to see the extra precautions. The staff is very professional and helped me with getting my brother settled into his room. I did witness a couple of staff members handling a patient and they showed how much care is needed and also to meet the needs of the patient. They displayed professionalism and it was nice to witness such care from the staff. I will continue to visit my brother and knowing he's in good care is a blessing.W.G.
Great staff
Great food, clean, the activities department is wonderful and the therapists do a great job.
I can't speak for the other residents, but my cousin Martha Jackson is being taken care of.Although I would like her home with me,my work keeps me out of the home,so I'm confident that Lincoln crawford wiLL represent me in my abscence. YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB WITH MY COUSIN..THANK YOU..
Very satisfied with cleanliness of facility. Also was impressed with care given to patient I visited. Overall was satisfied with what I saw and pertook!
The place sucks, can't wait to get my daughter out of there.
I work for a fire department and went to this facility to pick up a patient and to my surprise the elevator was out of service. I was told by an employee that it wasn’t going to be fixed until June and it’s already been down for two months . An ambulance stretcher does not fit in the elevator which means any bedbound patient is basically TRAPPED in this facility .This seems like a huge liability. I would like to know what the facilities plan is in case of a fire when they cannot fit any of the people in the elevator to get them out? Seems very unsafe and Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen considering the extra time to get a patient out of there could be the difference in life or death
Today my visit was much better than my mother's first day at Lincoln Crawford. I happen to arrive during church service. The service was great with a powerful message. My mother had physical therapy today and she was able to go out of her room to enjoy today activities.
My experiences with this place has been a nightmare. TERRIBLE! Would not recommend.
This place is gross. I would not let anyone stay here. This place should be shut down!!!
THIS PLACE IS BEYOND POOR AND DESERVE NO RATING (only rated one star because it wouldn't let me post). My brother was in this place. He was place there by the old Jewish Hospital due to his medical condition which includes mental issues. Due to his mental instability and seizures which he suffers due to a brain injury and Lincoln Crawford "FORGETTING" to give his medication, he began self medicating (drinking) and not following rules. Social Worker, Jacqueline informed me that they were doing an emergency removal. She "INFORMED" me that they could not legally release him to the streets, which is what he told them to do. Because the family is not equipped to take him in due to my mom suffering heart and kidney failure and can't take the stress. I told her to put him in mental facility. They put him on the streets by taking him to a homeless shelter that does not accept persons from nursing homes. He is now living on the streets (which he has never done) without any income, someone stole his telephone at Lincoln Crawford (so we have no way to contact him), they so called lost his clothes, and I don't even know if he has his medication. I have left several messages, but of course no one returns my calls. UNLESS YOU WISH DEATH ON SOMEONE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO PUT ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT. I am most definitely going to contact the State of Ohio. They don't mind receiving State funds as long as they don't have to work for the money.
Great
A great service for the community and abroad
Staff is great and pleasant to be around.
This is the best nursing facility around! It is a FAMILY atmosphere with the best nurses, therapy and staff one could buy! I am thrilled with the caring here! :-)
