This doctor is a rude jackass who called my wife a liar and made her cry. A woman in his staff made a mistake about a conversation with my wife, who was his patient. She would not correct herself and admit she was wrong. I guess she did not want to show her incompetence. The doctor took the side of his assistant and accused my wife of being a liar. We have switched from Mayfield Brain and Spine, and are much happier and healthier now.

My husband and I are very pleased with the pain management treatment he received from Dr. Orlando. Dr. Orlando is extremely experienced and skilled, and did a great job with my husband's complex case. We had several concerns prior to the procedure, and Dr. Orlando's nurse took the time to discuss everything in detail so we could make an informed decision. We also grilled Dr. Orlando very thoroughly about the specifics before my husband went back to the procedure room. Dr. Orlando was forthright about the pros and cons of doing the procedure in a certain way. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Orlando, his nurse and scheduler treated me like a partner in my husband's care, and none of them was ever dismissive or condescending in any way. In the end, my husband decided to take Dr. Orlando's recommendation. We would definitely recommend Dr. Orlando and his staff to anyone who is suffering from chronic pain.
