List of Med+ Urgent Care & Occupational Health Services's Reviews
On May 8, 2021, my husband and I were traveling north from Florida when he became quite ill with many disturbing symptoms but not the ER caliber of symptoms. Our daughters who live in Cincinnati suggested we stop at this Urgent Care because they knew he could have a COVID test with only a 15 minute wait for the results, which he did. I am a retired nurse and pretty picky about healthcare so I was skeptical about finding relief for his symptoms. I decided to write this review because I was so impressed with not only the attentiveness and quality of care he received at the Urgent Care but also the personal follow up after reaching our destination in Ohio, three hours north of Cincinnati. Dr. Kim saw him and was very thorough in her assessment and evaluation. Later in the week, we were contacted several times by Dr. Kim to check on his progress, to give us lab results, to make sure he was connecting to his family doctor. and to verify the lab culture and antibiotic match. I m so grateful for the professional care he received and the kindness with which the care was given. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Do not go here if you are transgender. Front desk man will maliciously misgender you and make fun of you even after you tell him numerous times to stop. Dr will treat you like a freak show. By far the worst and most humiliating medical experience I've had. Go to any other urgent care but this one if you're transgender.
I have brought my children to this Urgent care several times and the level of service that we receive from the staff and doctor have been great. So why am I giving them only 3 stars? Because of the company that handles their billing service. The company that handles their billing service is horrible!! You can't get in touch with the individual that handles the Med+ account because she works part-time (at best). The bills are completely inaccurate. I have requested several copies and they question why I need them.
Med Plus is the Best Urgent Care in the Tri State Area. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Located in the Montgomery business district.
they are quick and explain things so you can understand
Awesome place! Doc has 25yrs experience in the ER, so very good! Convenient, thorough, fast ! I’d say I’ll be, back, but I hope not!
I had a very unusual bug bite. It was too late to go to my PCP. MED+ receptionist signed me in and I saw the experienced nurse within five minutes. She took my vitals and looked at the large blister near my ankle. Because she knew the doctor had to drain it she immediately transferred me to a larger room. The doctor came in immediately and I was on my way in about 15 minutes with a prescription for an antibiotic saave and instructions about how to soak the area 2x a day and apply the ointment. Thorough, professional and compassionate care. And they're open until 8pm. This is the second time I've used them. A real find!
Amazing place! Dr. Lohri was the best doctor in the world. Definitely my go to place to get well
It was a great experience! Dr. Lohre was so kind and they give the best of the best treatment. Way to go! 5 stars
Here for my fiancé. The front desk worker, Steve, was very rude and seemed quite agitated that we were here. If we hadn't needed to use this specific location for my fiancé I would not have stayed past meeting the person checking us in. He treated us as though we were incompetent and was very short throughout the entire process. Another woman came in after us and he was just as equally condescending to her as well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
