I have had ulcerative colitis for the past 37 years and experienced several different doctors during this time span and I wouldn't see anyone else. Always finds the time to explain issues, great bedside manner and is aggressive when it comes to fighting off flare ups when they occur.

Besides being a great diagnostician, Dr. Ghastine is very compassionate and interested in his patients as persons. I would recommend him to any person with gastrointestinal issues. He has called me at home to check on status.

He is compassionate and never rushes me. He listens to me. He never gives up on trying to find something that works for me. I have a complicated and lengthy history with GI problems and he is up to date on all new technology. I adore and respect him.

Have called 3 times, and yet to get an appointment. Just a simple appointment! Was told twice the scheduling of an appointment would take 20 minutes because the office recently installed new software. 20 minutes to schedule an appointment is unacceptable. I'll go elsewhere.

Dr. Ghastine has been very kind and caring toward me! He is a great doctor! However, his staff does not always call back in a timely manner when it seems to be pretty important. He probably has too many patients because I usually wait in the waiting room at least an hour!
