I am very unhappy with my experience at Podiatry Associates of Cincinnati. Dr. Nick Woebkenberg originally talked with me about a specific kind of orthotics without a post heel. He said he would request that they make them that way. The orthotics I received did not have a post heel, but they did not have the curved heel base that we discussed. I asked why they were different than what i expected. The doctor would not answer my question and instead criticized me personally. He said that I was too picky.

The lady who made my appointment needs some retraining. I advised that I was diabetic & had an ulcer, needed appointment ASAP. I was scheduled at a location not my favorite but I appreciated the appointment. I called on a Thursday & was a bit taken aback that she didn’t seem to check availability for the next day (Friday) at my preferred location. Instead I was scheduled for the next Monday in a location an hour drive away. The receptionist was efficient but could have been more caring. I was obviously upset & worried but she did not acknowledge my state of mind. From then on, everything was awesome!! The lady who took me back to the room was very gracious & said she’d look into the problems I had with scheduling. Dr Nick came in and was his usual cheerful self. He saw how worried I was & commenced the exam. It didn’t take long to determine that this was not serious as I thought it was. We discussed treatment options and proceeded.

Dr. Nick is fantastic! He is very understanding of ones needs. I had suffered an injury back in 2019, the other podiatrist( from different practice ) just tried to nurse the injury that require surgery. Without even looking at notes from the other doctor he was able to let me know what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done to get me pain free after so long. Surgery went well, recovery went well also. Highly recommend him for foot pain. He listens to your concerns and needs. Doesn't try to drag a problem out. He is eager to get his patient as pain free as possible. I am not 100% pain free but very close. I can at least walk with no pain in my ankle and heel. Still breaking scar tissue down. Should be ready for my sandals come Spring.

He is always friendly, professional and on time. The office and medical team are also professional and caring. I have a team of docs because of chronic Health conditions, and I’m happy he’s on my team.

Dr. Woebkenberg is by far one of the best doctors I’ve had, he was very honest and always upbeat which made me less nervous for surgery and was very helpful after surgery to get me back to my regular activities as quickly and safely as possible.
