Enjoyed my visit for an eye exam. Also had cool frames and brands. Helpful eye doctor as well!

I have had the most horrible experience here. I took my glasses in to get them sized and the employee broke them. He said he would personally buy me a new pair. I took them to see if they could be fixed and they are un repairable. I called to see when I should come in to fix them. I talked to a very rude lady that wouldn't even let me speak. She said she never herd the man say he would pay for my glasses and I could have 50% off. I don't want to do any business with these people. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was out till tomorrow. I didn't even want to go here cause I had visited before and the two women were very rude. I don't know what to do at this point I have broken glasses and don't want to do business with such horrible people. They don't deserve the one star

They people here are slow and rude I had a appointment and showed up 20 min early and the people at the front didn’t tell the doctor I waited almost an hour in there waiting room and they made me reschedule. Terrible service

Detailed and efficient exam from Dr. Dawson. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Dawson was great. He talked me through the process, made me feel at ease and comfortable. Staff was attentive and I was in and out in an hour.

I took my son here for his first pair of glasses. They more than DOUBLED the prescription in one eye!! My son is 5 and did not know how to verbalize his discomfort. He took such pride in being so good at wearing his glasses - little did I know he was suffering from essentially vertigo due to the prescription. He developed anxiety and we didn't know where it came from! Turns out this can be developed through misalignment in your visual system. You can develop anxiety doing once simple tasks because of your disorientation. His personality changed immensely. I only hope at this point it is repairable. We only found out in his check up with his Ophthalmologist. The worst part- not even a simple "sorry" from the team in Kenwood. When I asked to expedite the request for new lenses due to their carelessness in typing in the prescription- she *laughed* and said she did. She also asked if my son would need them in the meantime- I'm sorry what? Can you wear glasses DOUBLE the strength your eye needs? Laziness and no attention to detail- this customer service team does NOT care about service or their customers.

I was in heavy traffic and called ahead to let them know I was going to be late by 15 minutes. the lady was very rude and told me that we would have to reschedule. does anybody see a problem with this? do not go here. they don't care about you. all they care about is your money. worst experience ever.

Dr. Dawson was amazing! The staff was patient and really helpful. Really am glad that I use this location for my needs!
