List of Sherif Awadalla's Reviews
Dr Awadalla had the best bedside manner and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and sharp. He remembers your before he even meets you for your appointment. We have failed all 4 IUI cycles in 2021 though and took a break. Conceived naturally and came back to the clinic for blood test and got ultrasound but found out through another doctor I was miscarrying . I chose to go for a D & C and the nursing staff assigned me Dr. A. What a proactive doctor and his nurse. Awadalla was very compassionate and empathetic . He told my mom he will take great care of me and he was very thorough . Very passionate and knowledgeable physician . He even called to see how I was doing. I thought that was nice of him. He was also very encouraging. Very impressed. Glad we didn’t wait to see my regular doctor that I see at IRH although he is great as well. Even though I never got pregnant with Dr. A, I am so grateful for him and his nursing team during this difficult time.
Dr Awadalla had the best bedside manner and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and sharp. He remembers your name before he even meets you for your appointment. The only thing was concerning to me is how he would go very fast on his procedures and that he was overly talkative. We have failed all 4 IUI cycles but don’t fault him since it was low chance I recommend him to ppl who want to embark their journey on fertility treatments.

Awful doctor. Does not respond to any calls. Do not use this group.
I share my experience to hopefully educate others on their journey and keep them from the same mistake and heartache. We had a number of issues, but the most relevant I’d like to share to others who are seeking a clinic for IVF, I strongly do NOT recommend IRH. They called and said we had only 1 embryo, and then an hour later another nurse called and said, “We made a mistake, you have 2.” This started our major distrust. A year later we moved clinics. We shipped our embryos and were called by our new clinic to come in for a meeting. They informed us that IRH made a mistake and shipped the wrong embryos! Luckily our new clinic caught it before they were used. We sent certified letters and voicemails to IRH asking to confirm they finally sent our embryos and to confirm how they knew. We also asked if the other family was informed that their embryos were shipped. We did not receive a response to our letter. Nothing. This has been weighing on us, and we hope we have our embryos safe now, but worry. We hope they would learn from this HUGE mistake before a child is born to the wrong family, and we hope you will research better clinics to entrust in your journey.
Absolutely wonderful beyond words.
Dr. Awadalla was upfront and transparent about our chance of success. He never promised specific results. He was very clear about that from the beginning. I appreciate his honesty, kindness and sincerity. Fortunately, we were successful. I've recommended Dr. Awadalla to anyone I know having difficulty conceiving. The professionalism and genuine kindness he has shown my family and I will never be forgotten.
I am so glad my husband and I decided on IRH. All of the doctors at Institute for Reproductive Health (IRH) are amazing, along with their staff. After multiple miss-carriages we decided to go to IRH and we could have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. During my time with them, I had to have emergency surgery. The care the office along with Dr Scheiber and Dr Awadalla (who did my surgery on his vacation) was amazing. I never once was worried, and felt very well taken care of. We recently found out we are pregnant and were released back to our regular OBGYN. As much as I enjoy having a physician in town, I will miss their care and support through our journey. I cannot say enough wonderful things about about their practice, and eternally grateful for their help and support.
Went to Awadalla over a year- no baby. He kept doing the same treatment plan. He was happy to take our money every month but I had to recommend tests, etc. I ended up leaving after seeing him with no results and got pregnant the FIRST month at the new doctor who actually cared for and took time with me. Dr. A treats patients as a number and is out to take money. He shows no compassion or care for what he does, just comes in the room for 3 minutes or so and sends ya on your way. I would NOT recommend him or IRH to anyone.
My husband and I went to Awadalla with 100 percent trust and faith in him. After being with him over a year, he wanted to continue to do the same treatments that continued to fail over and over and take our money. We felt as though we were a number and there was absolutely no individualized care plan. We ended up switching doctors and got pregnant the first round with our new doctor. She took time to listen to, care for, and individualize a plan. Unfortunately by the time we decided to switch from Awadalla, we were already thousands of dollars in the hole.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
