List of St. Theresa - A Diversicare Transitional Care Community's Reviews
Great place with kind, caring staff, large rooms and a great view of Mariemont. It used to be a Mercy hospital before becoming a nursing home. It has an assisted living, nursing home and dementia unit and currently one of the only Covid units in Cincinnati.
If you really care about your loved ones, please avoid St. Theresa -- A Diversicare Transitional Care Community. From the business office to the nursing care, there is a lack of transparency and the care is -- bar none -- disgusting. You would be better to keep your loved one at home or find another facility. The people working here simply do not care and are ill equipped to provide adequate care.My grandmother fell out of the bed and no one from the facility told me or called. My grandmother informed me of the incident. Additionally, my grandmother developed a sore on her foot. Instead of the nurses bringing it to my attention, I had to find out on my own. The care toward what has now transformed into a wound was futile at best. Needless to say, my grandmother is no longer at the facility. They are not a highly motivated group of individuals and it is evident through their actions and conduct. Honestly, I can't say enough bad things about this place and that is heartbreaking, especially because they are dealing with elderly loved ones. Smh.Please avoid Diversicare at all cost.
The worst place ever keep your loved ones away from this place fair warning they might not make it back home !!!!!WARNING!!!!!
Dirty place, under staffed, one landline per wing for workers, no cordless phones, can't get through, poor care for patients.
Do your research and search all the sources. will update when I'm allowed
I’ve only been here a few days but I have been here long enough to know how nice the place is. The staff has made me feel blessed and happy since my arrival on Friday. If the weekdays staff are as great as the staff over the weekend then I’ll will love it here.I’ve been to two different places in two yrs all who had nice buildings but there staff were rude and down right mean. This place is the exact opposite. They are caring and go above and beyond to help you out. I was nervous coming to a new place but I couldn’t ask for better in my eyes.In short if you find yourself in need of a place for yourself or a family member this is your place. I’m only 49 and I can’t live by myself so I’m glad I have found this place.I've been here little over two months and I have to say, most places show there true colors once you've been there a while. This place has been the same as when I first arrived. Caring and compassionate staff. Understanding when stuff does happen to keep you from doing what you need to do. I wouldn't trade this place for anything. The doctors here sit and listen anytime you have a problem and they don't just rush in and out. No one judges you when you have an accident or if you're just having a bad day they care. So in short you can't go wrong with St. Theresa's
Staff is very kind to residents. During this very trying year of COVID, the nursing home was very diligent in keeping their residents safe. They kept families updated on safety measures implemented at the home and set up zoom calls to keep us connected with our loved ones.
Always short staff and the assistant director of nursing is rude and abusive to residents. She also have white stuff under her nose from the coke she snorts in the bathroom. If I could give this place half a star I would. They need new staff.
My mom was there and not treated. Right she come bsck looking really skinny looking .and had bed stores also.
Not to friendly, short staffed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
