My doctor sent over 2 referrals this doctor and we never heard from them. I called after a month of not hearing from them and they told me they were not accepting referrals outside of Christ Hospital. I asked what I needed to do and the lady hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Came to Dr. Becker because I've been struggling with some hormonal issues. I wasted $200 for her to invalidate me the whole visit. She questioned the validity of the ranges the lab gave me and told me I was within normal range for everything. She said she didn't know why I was there and that I was the healthiest patient she saw all week. Well thankfully my gyno is an amazing practitioner and actually listened to my concerns; with her help I've finally been diagnosed with PCOS. Dr. Becker on the other hand didn't even bother responding to my MyChart message after I reached out again. If I need to see endo in the future I'm finding another doctor. Hopefully you'll have a better experience.

Dr. Becker is fantastic! Appointments are 6 months out and no matter when you call, you're on hold 30-45 minutes or more!

I refer people to Dr Becker all the time. Getting my thyroid removed and dealing with everything was so frustrating. She has always listened to my concerns and tested appropriately instead of assuming I was exaggerating or "just tired". She's been open to trying different medications and I've really felt in good hands.

Love Dr. Becker, She took time and listened to me and gave me her recommendations. She showed me compassion and empathy.

This woman saw my husband inpatient for maybe 5 minutes. In those 5 minutes she made statements that she doubted he was Type I or he would be dead, she has seen much more brittle diabetics than him and would see me in a year in the heart center from having a heart attack or she would be cutting off my feet.

All I wanted was some bedside manners from Dr Susannah Becker at a very difficult time in my life, and she failed me. Yes, I take it seriously, because I take my health (and the strong probability of a hormonal disease) seriously. Phone message and MyChart message should be enough to get a few words back from a doctor within 30 hours. Otherwise, why does MyChart messaging exist? I am now seeking referral to another, more compassionate and communicative endocrinologist. Anyone can read blood labs, after all.

The first time I say Dr. Becker my diabetes was out of control. She prescribed the medication that I needed to control the diabetes and had me see a dietitian to teach me how to count carbs. Dr. Becker is the best in my opinion.
