Hernia surgery performed by husted but cut into a nerve. He was training a new doctor to be so not sure who did it but I asked him and he said likely it was him as I was the last surgery that day & they were in a hurry on that late Friday. Either way, he did it or bad training cost me daily pain.

Dr. Husted has done several of my surgeries, he's a very kind and caring Dr. He told me very upfront what to expect from my surgery.I really was scared but he assured me that everything would go great..Also kept my pain at a level I could tolerate.. Very good surgeon. Did hernia repair surgery that I had to have after being operated on by Dr. Kilaru. I highly recommend Dr. Husted.

I was referred to Dr. Husted for a hernia repair. The staff scheduled me right away due to the emergent situation and answered all the questions for the appointment. Dr. Husted was so kind, informative and compassionate about my situation. My surgery was scheduled for the following week. Dr. Husted met with me pre-op & again assured me all would be fine. He met with my husband post-op and informed him of the outcome.The recovery was like any-sore but within what I expected. My follow up with Dr. Husted was great. Everything was within the norm and Dr. Husted said if I ever needed anything to make certain I called him. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Husted and his staff. Would highly recommend him.
