List of Todd A Hayes's Reviews
I am not a share a review type of person but my experience with this physician was so awful I thought it best to share. He is rude and dismissive. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me everything was in my head. I’ve found a new neurologist and now have an identified health issue and an appropriate plan of care. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone.
He is dismissive. He is rude. He was well over an hour late for my appointment and HE had the attitude? Complete waste of my time.
Spent a lot of time answering my questions Was very thorough
Had an appointment with Dr. Hayes to review an brain MRI. When I arrived, he said he hadn't looked at it, and couldn't access it on the computer in the room. This was a self-pay app't. Since he hadn't done his homework and couldn't even show me the the MRI, I got up to leave. He then started talking in generalities about MRI's, basically holding me there for 15 minutes so he could charge me. He did not perform any examination and refused to offer a referral to another neurologist. Got a referral from my primary care with another neurologist (not Riverhills) who spent over an hour with me and reviewed the MRI in detail and discussed possible reasons for my symptoms and ordered further tests. I later learned that Dr. Hayes did have access to the MRI all along. He just didn't bother. Quite possibly the worst Dr. in Cincinnati.
Lacks empathy.
Horrible Doctor. Do not go to him. He poked me repeatedly with a pin from a bowl, drew blood on the pin accidentally, then put it back in the bowl! Not to mention his horrible attitude as soon as I sat down.
I met with Dr. Hayes for the first time today and found him to be attentive, thorough and engaging. He left me with the feeling that I could trust in his care.
This guy is horrible! Do not go to him. All the reviews on here are spot on. He does not listen, cuts you off, yells at you if you try to get a word in. Not to mention pricking me with a safety pin, drawing blood, then sticking it back in a bowl to use again!
Horrible doctor. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go anywhere but here. Not only is he dismissive, rude, insensitive, and argumentative, he drew blood on a pin during a pin test and put the pin back in a bowl to use on other patients!
he seemed to just genuinely not care. I kept having issues and he just referred me elsewhere. Seemed like he just wanted to be in and out with zero care of what happens to his patients. I messaged him through their website and he didn’t even bother getting back to me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
