Dr. Jivan is very patient and empathetic. ILD diagnosis and treatment can be terrifying and confusing. Dr. Jivan understands this. He takes the time to explain the condition, answer questions and lay out a road map, which is invaluable when trying to navigate through uncertainty. He does not dismiss concerns and takes an interdisciplinary approach to treatment. He knows what surgical, radiological, and serological tests to run, and what steps to take based on the results. I have confidence in Dr. Jivan's management of my loved one's lung issues.

Dr. Jivan really cares about his patients. I am an extra hard case requiring a lot of special attention. He never fails me. He truly listens and follows thru with what ever needs to be done. And an excellent Doctor to boot!!
